Bruno and team did a great job. I am very satisfied wit the work done. Fixing the wood rot, painting, wood work very professionally done by Romi. Replaced 5 windows, Bruno took care of very minute work also with care. Completed the work ahead of the committed date.

It was an excellent work and workers were punctual. They made sure to leave everything clean and made sure to have good communication with me. They went above and beyond my expectations.

I wasn't able to be at home during the day they did the repairs and I'm happy they were able to work with me to do the work as scheduled. Fantastic. Cecelia was communicative, patient, helpful, kept us informed of any delays\issues that arose from Covid supply chain interruptions and city permitting bureaucracy. A part of our siding was ripped off from a recent windstorm, and most siding companies we called only did full house siding replacement. CS&W was the only company offered to do the repair, and they came out the next day. Siding had to be specially ordered, and as soon as that came in, the job was completed in a matter of hours. Bruno was really great and responsive to work with. Would hire again in the future!

I would highly recommend. Fixed the siding on one side of our house that was damaged in consecutive wind storms. Reasonable prices, responsive, and excellent work.

They were incredibly responsive. The building was over 60 feet high and on the side of a steep hill. A huge section of siding was torn from the corner of the building from the ground to the roof. There were sharp pieces still hanging from the building posing a danger to pedestrians and vehicles in the neighborhood. They came early the next morning to survey the damage. Without even having a contract or agreement, the climbed the building and removed the hazardous material. I got a proposal the next day. The price was excellent and they postponed work on another project temporarily to so they could immediately secure and repair the damage to our building for the safety on our tenants and our neighborhood. The work was high quality and they cleaned up as if no one had ever been there and were gone in a day. I was impressed and I have worked with many, many contractors over the years. I highly recommend them.

Amazing! Bruno and his team are true professionals. True A+. Everything from first call to quote, through build and completion was exceptional. They pay close attention to detail, never need to followup with them, and keep the work area clean as they go. They are extremely respectful as well. We had a large exterior job, completely removing rotting wood and replaced with Hadeyboard. Top notch quality. Anyone would be lucky to work with them.

Bruno and his team did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. We had three layers of siding removed and replaced with HardiPlank and we also had two storm doors and several replacement windows installed. Bruno is a skilled professional, he pays attention to the details and, he's a really nice person. He gave us a very reasonable quote and took care of the permitting and the dumpster -he made the whole process smooth and easy for us. We have a 2.5 story 120 yr old home in Somerville which, like many Somerville homes, is kind of leaning and crooked. It was a difficult siding job and we're so impressed and with the results. Finding someone to re-side your house can feel over-whelming. We feel so lucky that we found Cechinel Siding & Windows to help us get through this process.

Cechinel was extremely responsive. They answered my inquiry right away, came the next day for a quote, and by the third day my siding was fixed! They did excellent work, had great communication, and are very reasonable. We were extremely pleased.

They did a very meticulous job. It was done in the Jan/Feb. timeframe so it took a while (they did not work in cold/inclement weather, for the workers' safety) so there were days when no work happened. However, they were very careful in how they worked, they paid attention to all the details of the trim around the windows and were sure to ask questions when a decision had to be made. As an added bonus, they reviewed all the miscellaneous cable/tv/phone wires on the side of the house & eliminated the ones we no longer needed, and reattached them to the house in a much more orderly way. Bruno was available to answer questions and was responsive to neighbors (we are in Somerville so houses are very close together; believe me, the whole block knew our house was getting work done). When our house was painted, the paint would peel after a few years and look terrible. Now with the fiber cement siding our house looks beautiful. We also paid to have them redo the front steps, which also came out beautifully.

The work went very smoothly. Cechinel explained the process, observed proper site protection and clean up, handled permitting, and fulfilled our last minute additional work requests, all while staying on schedule and communicating in an obliging manner. Moreover, the price was better than several competitors' quotes. I recommend Cechinel without hesitation!

I was nervous about finding the right company to install vinyl siding on my home but I couldn't put it off any longer. I checked Yelp, Angie's list and Home Advisor and settled on 3 companies. The prices were comparable but Cechinel Siding and Windows provided exactly what I needed to calm my fears. When I called to get an estimate I spoke with Cecilia and that was the beginning of what turned out to be a great experience. She was thorough and friendly. She sent Bruno out to assess the job and within 24 hours I had a detailed contract to look over that touched on all the things that were important; a reasonable price, start date, clean up, number of workers present at all times, etc.. I went with CS+W and they kept their promises! 2 to 3 workers showed up on time every day and they worked hard right through the day. I also added 2 jobs while they were here. I had them replace 2 windows, remove and replace PVC porch and stair railings and replace a small roof. The extra work was no problem for them and they still finished within the time frame they had originally promised! Bruno and his workers were respectful to me, my property and my neighbors. I love the work they did and my home looks brand new! I definitely recommend CS+W!

Cechinel did the siding on my house over the summer. It looks awesome. They were very professional, courteous, and had the job completed on time. Bruno and Cecila were very communicative along all steps of the project. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Cechinel a second time because we were pleased with a door repair project they did the prior year. The work on this second project was extensive, and they did a great job. Our windows and doors are mostly over 30 years old and the house is even older. They repaired and replacing deteriorating wood frames and sashes, adding insulation, and generally refurbishing existing structures. They also repaired and painted our entry way, as well as one of the main walls. Finally, they obtained and installed new shutters to match those on the rest of our townhouse. Our unit is 3 stories tall with a sunken area in the back, and they were able to bring the proper ladders and build scaffolding to do the work. We and our neighbors were pleased with their neatness and politeness. Great price and quality. It looked nice, and we really noticed the difference during the winter after the work was done, when we had hardly any drafts around the windows.
