WE ARE NOT TAKING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
We do NOT use the Angie's List Message Center. Contact us directly at http://www.repaircollective.com/contact-us.php

Our availability can vary from week to week, or month to month. We can't always take on new clients, especially when that would interfere with serving our regular clients that we have been taking care of for years. Phone us for the most up-to-date information, including any exceptions to this. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________

PLEASE READ!!! ALL work is done on a "TIME PLUS MATERIALS" basis. Although we may hazard a guess on the general BALLPARK your repairs may cost, it is impossible to know every detail of everything we run into in the kind of work we do. Therefore we do NOT give estimates. "With estimates someone always loses." With an estimate either you are paying to much, or your contractor is doing sloppy work to come in on price. It could also mean we end up working for free, and given the portion of what we charge that end up in our pockets, we couldn't afford that. We DO NOT pad our prices out to insure the safety of overcharging for each job; instead we charge a fair job for what we run into. We are sorry, but if you are not okay with us using the standard of "time plus materials" for handyperson work, you will have to look elsewhere. Our long term clients have come to know that sometimes the price is very low, and sometimes it can be higher, but that, in the long run, it averages out to be a great deal and it is always fair.
