Description of Work: Needed a T section replaced within a pretty involved radiant heat manifold. Did a nice clean job cutting out and replacing. Did the job quickly and cleanly with no fudging around. Once someone does their job quickly and efficiently you can't complain. Definitely not learning on the job, he was the owner and knew what he was doing. Will use again for any other plumbing service I need.

Description of Work: They changed a faucet in the masterbath and installed an instahot system. Al was very professional, efficient and did a great job. He arrived on time, went right to work, and cleaned up after himself. Everything is working well. I will definitely use Knox Plumbing and Heating again.

Description of Work: Tom replaced the electronic damper switch motor. He did this on Christmas Eve. We have used Tom in the past and he has always done excellent work at a reasonable price - and quite a bit below what other Plumbing & Heating contractors would have charged.
