Description of Work: I have Verizon for my quincy, mass, internet and telephone service provider. I have DSL. The telephone basically works. Company personnel seem to be pleasant and knowledgeable when I inquire regarding service changes. |Have occasionally had some issues with dsl technicians, but have not had to deal with that much since my last router/modem upgrade.
