Removers had exceptional customer service skills. They were on time and communicated with me throughout the move about logistics to make sure I knew what was going on. I felt confident in their ability to complete the move. I was very happy about the process. This is the first time I have hired a moving company, and I was very pleased. The movers were very professional and took great care with the item being moved.

Took way to long (5 hours) to move a few rooms of furniture from 1st floor to 1st floor at new place. Multiple items were damaged.

They were fast, all of them either brought their own Covid related face covering or agreed to accept one of mine. Kudos.

This is definitely a family owned business that takes pride in what they do. When I called I actually spoke with the owner. He shared a bit about their expertise, walked me through the process, and gave me confidence that we had chosen the right company. His team is professional. They called me the day before to confirm the move and called me again the day of the move to let me know they were coming. The move: an extremely heavy and very awkward treadmill that had to be moved from one house to a 2nd floor apt. The workers did an outstanding job in poor rainy conditions. I am very impressed. Overall great experience and I highly recommend the them.

The Long team sent reminders and kept in contact just before the scheduled appointment and the day of. Upon arrival they were courteous and very empathetic to the needs of people frantically going through the moving process. They wrapped everything with care and brought it to their trucks without any damage. I would recommend or hire them again.

Simon and Brandon in the office and NOAH, ZACH, KYLE, FRANK "in the field" (doing the actual move), were all FANTASTIC! They were prompt, efficient, respectful, very professional and hardworking! They moved everything from our 10'x20' storage unit into two levels of our home in a very organized and orderly process! We VERY STRONGLY recommend their company and personnel!

Very nice young guys. Ask about blankets and mattress covers before hand like I did. They only had a 2 hour minimum- which is great. Most times you need 4 or more hours so it saved me a lot of money.
