The 2 movers I have were great. Respectfully and took great care of our furnishings and they were very hard workers

Long Moving were fantastic. Ryan and Cam were absolutely great mover. Super respectful and professional guys. They were careful and efficient, they completed the move in just over two hours, and that was with a 30 minute drive to get to the place I was moving to. Long Moving and Storage, were so easy to work with and patient. They gave me very reasonable quotes compared to other moving companies I was considering. I am more than happy to give them the five stars and my recommendation. Go With Long Moving and Storage!

The guys were just great!

This was a small local move of an apartment. Very punctual and efficient. Wasted no time sizing up the move, getting everything loaded on the truck, and did a great job placing everything on the receiving end. No damage to anything. Very satisfied!

I would highly recommend them. Called to tell me they were on the way. On time. There were issues with the apartment I was supposed to move into and if it weren't for Tanner, Willie and Ryan, I would have lost it. They were kind, professional and very helpful. Thank you. I will be calling them again in the future.

Very unprofessional. The lead of the two man team yelled at me for asking him to wrap my leather couch - which is a service you pay $50 for in contract. Told me he moves million dollar houses and this couch aint s*** . Did not wear proper footwear had sneakers on was slipping and sliding on his feet. Yelled at me and said I cant get a grip on the leg (of an armoire â cuz it is covered in p*** . He was not wearing gloves. I said would you like some work gloves? He was throwing things talking out loud disparaging comments. At end of move I over tipped the second guy and told him you should not be working with someone like that do not share this tip. Reciewed paperwork for final payment - which if under $1000 MUST BE CASH ONLY - tried to over charge me. After I paid and they walked out of house he was slamming truck door threw clipboard. Bad scene very unprofessional. Mind you I took apart/ disassembled ALL furniture!!! It took 1 hour 20 minutes to move ONE armoire. They did not use moving straps, belts,. I was very nervous someone was going to hurt themselves! Lesson learned. Research company before hiring. Salesman also would call and text and email daily several times - was a bit too much as I had expressed that I was very sick and would contact him when I was feeling better and able to move.

The crew were great. On time and knew exactly what they were doing. Super professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. Well done Long Moving and Storage! Thank You!

Long Moving was very responsive . They were able to schedule a long-distance move on very short notice, and they reliably showed up on the date and time that they'd promised. They explained their fees clearly, and patiently answered my questions about both the costs and the process. Their movers were great! They handled all our(stuff - - heavy, light, delicate, etc. very carefully. The delivery, which included driving 3 miles up winding mountain gravel road, was done equally well. I highly recommend them.!

Great workers

Movers arrived on time. Ryan and Dylan worked tirelessly in the oppressive heat to move my daughter from a home in Smithfield to a 2nd floor apartment in Providene. They took great care disassembling the furniture, wrapping it and packing it up. They were both very conscientious and diligent workers. I would absolutely recommend Long Movers.

Make sure you secure small pieces such as nuts, bolts etc.

Jaelin in sales and management was terrific, My crew was great and the pricing was very competitive. Very impressed also by a hand-written note from the owner prior to my move. I highly recommend them!

We had four guys in the truck, we packed up our entire house. Everything was labeled, they did a fantastic job and packed that truck so efficiently. Very nice, excellent communication with the office, they call you right back I would highly recommend this group theyâ re wonderful.
