Rob & his crew were extremely professional, kind & courteous. They did a great job remodeling our staircase, we would highly recommend Douglas Design!!

He was referred to me by my neighbor. When I call, he always gets back to me right away and works to fit me in as soon as possible. He does work and that is why I am sticking with him.

They did a good work at a reasonable price.

Rob is a good guy, and he and his crew worked very efficiently and quickly. We feel like we got very good value for what we paid. We asked for it unfinished, as I will add the ceiling, screening, stairs and doors myself, but the deck and porch came out great. It was built just as I had designed it in my head, which is impressive! My wife and I are glad we hired Rob, and we would do it again.

Life got in the way, and we weren't able to be as involved with the building of our new deck as we originally planned to be, despite being up against a deadline for the deck to be completed. Rob was able to suggest materials and make decisions, and the finished product was more than we could have imagined. The deck was finished in time for our party. He was extremely professional, and our deck is such a wonderful addition to our home. I would definitely recommend Rob and his team to anyone wanting their deck replaced.

D&Z added a 16x30 addition onto our cape and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! They were always on time, very professional and everything turned out exactly as they said it would in the initial proposal. We highly recommend D&Z Construction!

Contractor tiled over the heating vent. Now no heat in bathroom. Reason is he put new plumbing over the heating pipe and then tried to cover it up by tiling over it. The vanity faucet leaks, the showerhead leaks and the shower spout squeals. Also, a one inch gap was left between wall and ceiling. Ended up having to take to court and won, however, contractor claimed bankruptcy. DO NOT HIRE>

They were right on budget, they were clean, and they were always on time. Any issues that came up were handled professionally and quickly. I enjoyed working with them and I would absolutely hire them again.

This contractor did not have his work inspected and several major issues have been uncovered. I strongly advise you NOT to hire this outfit, as the quality of work is extremely poor. Work that was completed was not done to code. There are numerous violations that will addressed through legal channels and through the State of Mass licensing of home contractors. There were many mistakes and errors made. This recommendation was not based on a text message but rather that the contractor was unable to complete the job satisfactorily.

Did the bathroom over,wonderful job. Very dependable precise workmanship, what a treat to have him work in our house. Helpers were neat, competent and happy.

I am so happy with my new bathroom. Rob did exactly what I asked for and it turned out beautiful. The price was right and they completed the work in a timely fashion. I would definately use them again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Rob helped with out a lot with various projects from bathroom renovations, refinishing hardwood, deck repairs and interior painting. He did a great job and a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Two very good workers / but could be a little bit neater

Rob and Miike did a great job on my powder room. The were also punctual, friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again. I strong recommend D&Z Construction.

We used D&Z Construction for a drywall / plaster job and also a floor tile job. The work they did was great and we are happy with their services. Their prices were reasonable and I would consider using their services again on any future jobs. The only complaint we have was when they tore down the old drywall our house became very dusty. The floors and drywall look great. Thanks.
