Rob was very reliable and knowledgable. He fixed my front entry door setup which had been leaking below. He replaced the threshold as well as portions of the trim, subfloor, and hardwood floor.

Rob was very responsive to questions, status of project, budget v. actual costs, and just about anything else that came up. I'd gladly work with Rob and D&Z again. The updated our 1960's bathroom in a short period of time and made the bathroom look great.

We had drywall installed to cover up knotty pine already on the walls and also some cabinet doors that Rob made himself. The kitchen looks great! All the finish work looks excellent.

If not properly supervized they will cut corners. It doesn't even matter if you get it in writing signed before the job starts. Rob if you care to improve your services you can call me and I will objectively get you the list of faults I do not care to share on the internet
