Left a message asking to call me back to speak about issue. Stacey called me back at my requested time and arranged to have Paul visit the next morning, early (7.00 am as I have to leave for work). Paul arrived exactly on time. Examined the areas where the nests were located. He told me how best to deal with the problems. Price was very reasonable so I signed the contract and left Paul to deal with the nests. He told me if the treatment did not work that he would be back to deal with the situation. No need - the yellow jackets were gone by the time I arrived back home. Very pleasant to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Professional. I highly recommend both Paul and Stacey. Very pleased.

They are wonderful. The man who came to do the job was very knowledgeable and they were nice people to deal with. The job was done properly and there are no more ants. They come right away.

They are doing a wonderful job. I have used other large companies in the past, but over the past 5 years they have done a great job for me. They are responsive, have fair pricing and are extremely honest. If I'm not home I leave the door open for them. They are just fabulous, I can't say enough good things about them. With that said, I can say enough how honest and trust worthy they are. I feel comfortable having them walk through my home. They will do anything you ask them to do. They just don't go around spraying chemicals, instead they make sure you know exactly what they're doing. They even let you know how long you should be out of the home to keep your family and pets safe from their treatments.

They showed up on time, which is hard to find in most service companies We have 2 cats, and it was very important that they not get poisoned. The technician was very sensitive to this issue and made sure that our cats were safe. The technician went above and beyond what we expected. We thought they would show up, spray a few places and leave. They were there for almost 45 minutes, taking their time to make sure it was a thorough job I like the fact that they guarantee their work, if we can get ants again within the next 6 months, we don't have to pay for them to come out again.

Everything is great, no more sitings or droppings and wife is very, very Happy.

I didn't have any work done except for the inspection (i can't find what i paid??) and I thought it was thorough. He went around the entire perimeter of my house (inside and out) and he crept around inside the basement - looked around beams, pointed out, what he thought was 'old' damage, and didn't seem to think there were any "live" termites visible. Like I said earlier, they cannot tell if you have termites in walls in the interior of the house -He told me he had been with the company for a few years which i thought was a good sign - I would hire them.

Out of all of the companies that actually showed up to give me a quote, this gut was the most professional and personable. They did take some time to deal with the issues that we had, but they they were successful. They guaranteed the work.

We called P&S last year after several members of our family were stung by aggressive yellow-jackets. The young man that came out was incredibly professional, polite and thorough. Amazing service in this day and age! They came back a few weeks ago and sprayed the interior trouble spots but did not spray outside (as it was raining). They returned today for a routine exterior spray without being called and again, were incredibly quiet, polite, and professional. We are in the process of having several upgrades done to our home and have a terrible contractor! I only wish P&S did painting and bathroom remodeling! (PS: I think we paid about $289). It was cheaper than other places I called. There is no additional charge for this year's service, and they will come out as often as needed. We are getting a year and a half of service for this price.
