I used them in 2012 and used them again and was just as happy with their knowledge and professionalism.

After first inspection called and specifically asked for moth protection as previous year had some moth. The person scheduling appointment didn't pass it on to the tech and he arrived with not enough moth protectors. Just 2 instead of at least 6 (4 closets in bedrooms, basement and attic storage spaces). This was in the end of the contract and there was no availability until the contract was over.

We had ants coming into the kitchen for years. Other companies came in and sprayed but ants always found their way back. Since using P&S we've had no further problems.

The provider was prompt and professional.

It was horrible. They guy came out and sprayed and it had absolutely no impact on the bugs we were experiencing. We called them and they came back out. They were very responsive, but again there was no impact.

Ants were gone the next day and never came back.

They were fine with scheduling etc but not prompt with arriving for scheduled time. It's difficult to comment on how well they did since I didn't follow the agent around while he did the treatment, but appearance and overall impression was not very professional.

Saw far fewer last year and none this summer. Excellent service and it works.

It went pretty well. They came out twice and blocked some holes. I haven’t had a problem since.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. It took about 1 week for the ants to go away. I was not home while they did the service and they left note to let me know they had been to my home. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

It worked great. It was raining and they couldn't spray the outside so they came back., They stood by their guarantte and didn't charge me again.

The technician was on time, professional and explained all that would be done. We did not have any further issues with carpenter ants in the home.

It was very good. The technicians were very good, friendly, local people. The scheduling was fine.

The only thing that they did was sprinkle some product outside, and we’re already having ant problems again. They need to talk less and work more. No product that is ineffective costs $199.

I had no issue with the quality of service or professionalism. The only issue was reliability. I think this company was overwhelmed with too many clients to be able to respond to everyone. Never did a fall spraying despite calling and scheduling one. In past would call and leave message for service and never get a call back. Wouldn't use again.

Purchased on July 5th and have not had any luck getting the service call.

It went well. I wasn’t there when it happened. My tenant said that they came and did a good job. They haven’t seen any more ants.

Went well, although excessive price for only one level.

Did not decisively address the root cause of the problem, which was means of entry for rodents. Did advise that this should be attended to but was just as happy to continue to trap rodents. Stonewalled on sending forms to Boston Inspectional Services as I requested and never sent them. Did not resolve problem with pests but seemed to prefer that pest problem continue so that they would continue to collect fees. Could have easily done without their services. Pest problem was resolved when I hired a handy man to clean cellar and block entry of rodents throughout perimeter of house. Also handiman filled holes and blocked pest entry in each of 2 apartments Tenants removed food that could be accessed by rodents.

They came one time and sprayed the house exterior the treatment worked and the ants disappeared after about two weeks.

It went pretty well and worked out.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it wasn't too great. I was not that happy with it. They said I was supposed to call in a couple of weeks, but I thought they should come back automatically or at least contact me. They were supposed to come back and check the traps about two weeks later. I work a lot and it slipped my mind for a while. The next thing I know it was about a month or two later and I figured they would have contacted me. Their price was kind of expensive.

He came on time,we left the house for 4 hours,and never had a problem since. What ever he uses really works well because we never saw a live ant again.

They showed up on time. I had two visits from a different exterminator prior to this visit.. After they came I have not seen a bug since. I am very happy with the service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. I spent more because I asked for additional services. I would recommend them highly but if punctuality is important, I would recommend discussing that with them. They were very fair to me.
