Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from this company in May 2012 for a year of service. They have come out three times for mice control. Although I wish they would put down more bait each time (also to help them so they do not have to return so often) they have been reliable and professional in their dealings with me. Sprayed for bugs outside during first two services and it seemed to help cut down on them.

Description of Work: Ants and mice. Ants were handled via spray of problem areas in the basement and some poison gel, very effective. Mice were handled via poison bait boxes strategically placed around the basement.

+ -1 moreI had mouse problem for some time when bought this deal. I hired other Pest Control companies but didn't work. P & S was responsive. They came twice to do the inspection and exclusion. After the exclusion, things are a lot better. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Checked for mice. Set poison in case there were mice. Sprayed for insects. Told me to remove old wood on the side of the house to avoid attracting termites. In all it was a good experience. Came back to check and found no evidence of mice.

We know that no one can guarantee us our mouse issue will go away completely, but I was impressed with how friendly Stacey is on the phone and how responsive she was in returning my calls. The serviceman Vitaly was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all our options very clearly and gave us the pros and cons of each treatment.

+ -1 moreWe had mice, and moles, return 3 times after they came. Under the 6 month warranty they came back twice to reset traps and seal additional gaps. They were very good with the traps and communicating how well the and when the traps were working. However, they were not that enthusiastic or diligent in identifying possible entry points and sealing them up (especially on the return visits under the warranty). I had to point out several areas where they needed to apply sealant and have sealed some gaps on my own since. I agreed with one of the servicemen that it's impossible to find every spot where the rodents could get in but was a bit annoyed that he didn't even look. Overall it helped to solve our mice problem and we would likely use them again if we have additional issues.

+ -1 moreSomeone from the company came and sprayed for carpenter ants. The good news is I didn’t see any ants after that. It seemed to solve the problem. They also put down bait traps for field mice. Even though we haven’t seen any evidence of rodents in the past couple years, we have had problems in the past. After talking to me, they put down bait traps for field mice, but never came back to check them. Because field mice tend to come in the fall and they put them down in the spring, I have not called them to check those traps but probably will in the near future. I’m assuming they will come out and check the traps at my request.

We were very pleased with John's friendliness and professionalism. The termite package price was very fair and includes 2 year coverage plus a return in Spring to check to ensure that the treatment worked.

+ -1 moreThings went very well and I am pleased. I probably would not purchase the contract at the full price but the Angie's list price I thought was very reasonable.
Description of Work: We purchased an annual contract with P&S pest control. In early summer they came and sprayed the outside of our house and in the inside. We noticed a significant decline in ants and bees which we were worried about. We called them mid summer because we had a yellow jacket nest outside of my son's window as well as a carpenter ant problem in the back deck. I emailed and asked them to please come soon because of the potential damage. They were able to change some appointments and come the next day. After that, we did not have any issues with carpenter ants or carpenter bees / yellow jackets near our house. I called a few weeks ago to have them come to do the spraying outside for the fall as well as put down some bait for mice (since we tend to get them in our basement around this time of year). I have not noticed any rodents and I know if I do I can call and they will come back promptly to help with the situation.

They filled the gaps but I think the mice found another way to get in. There were no additional charges and I thought it was a good deal. I would use them again in the future.
