Description of Work: I bought the offer from Angie's List for winter mouse proofing. When I booked I said I had rats and they didn't tell me the service was just for mice. I learned that when they came out and had to sign up for the rat package which was several hundred dollars plus a monthly fee - the $1,000 is about what I pay for a year of service. The date is their last service date. The guys who come out to check, and replace, the bait in the outside traps are terrific and they've kept the rats out of my house. I'd definitely recommend them for rat control, and based on my good experience, other pest problems.

Description of Work: Service needed was mice control. Company rep was polite. Appt. set up quickly for same week .I bought six month warranted rodent control package. Gentleman explained what he was going to do and how. Mice bait set out of sight around the house. Mice gone with no need for free second visit that was offered. Will use them again, if needed. Jack

Description of Work: I have a 2 family home and had a nest of carpenter ants beneath the vinyl near a window. I think they had someone come out about 2 days after I called. He was punctual, looked around a bit and then got to work. He treated both apartments and the basement.

Description of Work: We contracted with them to do a application along the outside foundation of the house and incoming wires for carpenter ant protection. Within 3 weeks of their service, the ants came in droves. It was as if nothing had been done.

Description of Work: They came out to inspect our property and our complaint about our unending ant problem despite using another service monthly. They scheduled a time for treatment, were punctual and did a good job. THEN, when we continued to have a problem theytreated again. The ants have not returned in several months. That has NEVER happened before despite years of paying another service for monthly treatments. We look forward to them handling our yearly cold weather problem with mice and assume they will be just as responsive.
