Josh was fantastic! He asked the most important question right away when I told him that we were replacing the toilets, "Why?" I had purchased low water use toilets through Lowe's not realizing that the toilets we had were already low water use and simply needed to be fixed to take care of the water use issue. He discussed his recommendations before starting work, fixed all the issues with both toilets, and then showed me the updates and what I should watch for as current parts gradually wore out over coming years (parts have an expected replacement window). Thank you, Josh! Looking forward to more projects to come!

Joshua really is a great guy. We had numerous problems with our countertop being installed and he really did go the extra mile for us. Very fair, very thorough and we will definitely use him again. He's our go-to-guy when it comes to plumbing and I can't recommend him highly enough.

First of all, I purchased a 1-hour special for $110 from Angie's List. When Joshua came today, he installed the unit, a process which required him to add a small length of pipe under the sink as well, hence the $10 additional charge for the part. He worked efficiently and cleanly, completed the installation and checked its performance (with me present.) He then checked out a toilet which has been leaking internally, found it to be either the flapper or the tube which handles overflow in the tank. The toilet is a Kohler model from 1992, and he did not have a flapper with him that would work. He told me that I could order it online (with the information he read me from the unit itself) and either try to install myself or call him back in. But he also warned that if it is not the flapper, the other part would required dismantling the toilet, which would be as expensive ultimately as replacing it altogether. That came as no surprise, because I had been told the same thing on the phone by another plumber who declined the job. Joshua was timely, professional and courteous. I will certainly call him again.

Josh was just terrific. He explained the work he was about to do at every stage and presented alternative approaches to consider to fixing problems. He was meticulous in the work, cleaned up debris from the repairs, and was wonderfully conscientious. I valued the entire service as excellent, and only hesitated on marking the costs "excellent" simply because it wasn't cheap. THAT SAID, Josh did a tremendous amount of work in 3.5 hours, the prices were more than fair and competitive, and he was well worth the expenditure. Absolutely no regrets. We would hire him again in a shot and would recommend him wholeheartedly, without reservation, to anyone.

Great, very efficient, knowledgeable, detail orriented

Joshua is incredibly professional and responsive. He got back to us right away each time we contacted him, and gave us very good advice on how to get the job done in the most time and cost efficient manner. He came to do the work exactly when he said he would, and did a great job. We highly recommend Joshua, and would definitely call him if we need a plumber again.

Joshua answered my phone call immediately and showed up to fix my problem within 35 minutes of my call. He even apologized for having to take 35 minutes to get here! He is fantastic, honest and I hope to use him in the spring for a much larger issue we have that needs to wait until the weather warms up.

There are not enough accolades for this man, his integrity and his work. He gets an A plus for EVERYTHING! He's awesome!
