Joshua was prompt on responding and scheduling the work. His work was clean and an accurate of an install. Would recommend and work with him again.

All work was completed on time with great skill and efficiency, including cleanup. The sink replacement was complicated because of the age of the original free standing fixture, and the need to get a shorter height cabinet sink so as not to destroy 1939 tile toothbrush and soap holders above the sink. The Plumber took me to a plumbing fixture store and helped me select the appropriate new sink, cabinet, and faucet. Finally, the Plumber removed the old heavy cast iron sink. I highly recommend this business to anyone on the North Shore and southern New Hampshire.

I had a difficult job based on the age of the house and age of the plumbing. Without Mr Eisen's experience this could have been very bad and much more expensive. I am very pleased with the work and his experience was well worth the money.

Our bathtub faucet had a drip that was getting progressively worse, and the diverter on the faucet also wasn't working well so that the flow of water from the shower head was pretty weak. I called Josh based on his reviews on Angie's List, and he agreed to come over the next morning. He arrived when he said he would, was very polite and professional, and didn't mind explaining the steps of the repair since I was curious. It's been a little over a month since the repair and all is working well. Josh warrants his work for a year, which is nice. I would definitely hire him again if I have another plumbing issue.

Josh was awesome. I called, left a message and he called me back quickly. He worked me into his schedule the very next day. He was super professional and nice. Being a brand new home owner, I have no idea what I'm doing and he was very good at explaining everything he was doing and even gave me great advice for the future. He fixed everything in like an hour. It was awesome.

I called Josh for a rough estimate over the phone (knowing that the price would be an estimate because he did not know what fixtures I had, how old the home was, the condition of the plumbing pipes etc) He arrived on time, went right to work, explained that the holes predrilled in the countertop really did not allow sufficient space for the stopper to fully extend, but he made it work despite the clearance issue. He left the work area cleaner than he found it and gave me a little reminder -- tape your instruction booklet with parts, warranty info under the cabinet so if future parts need to be ordered, you have easy access to the info. Eisen is a small shop but I like the fact that I can pick up the phone and call the person who actually did the work. In my opinion, it really does pay to shop locally and don't always choose the lowest price person you find....

Joshua returns your calls promptly. Shows up when he says he will. The iron piping is tucked out of the way and secure. The new stove worked well. If you want an experienced plumber who will get the job done right the first time Joshua is your man.

All went very well. Josh obviously was well equipped with the know-how and materials to deal with all the issues. Joshua responded quickly to my call for help with a clogged kitchen sink. We appreciated him coming as soon as he could to help,us with our plumbing issue.

Joshua responded immediately to our call regarding the broken water heater, and gave us instructions for handling the situation until he could get to us a few hours later, He came by just when he said he would, to assess the situation and to give us an estimate. After purchasing the new tank, Joshua came back to do the work at the exact time that he said he would, and did a very meticulous, professional job. While he was here, we asked him to also look at a leaking shower drain, and he stayed longer to fix that as well. We highly recommend Joshua. He is very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and timely, and a true professional!!

It went great even though the toilet had to be replaced due to parts no longer being available. Joshua came as soon as he was able and got the job done quickly. We didn't know any good plumbers in the area, and will now most definitely call on Joshua if and when the need arises.

I called Josh and he came as soon as possible and that was within the hour. From what I told him on the phone, he thought that it might be a bit of trouble. The house that we purchased this year, was built in 1957 and the plumbing is old and outdated. As it turned out, it wasn't much trouble, and he was able to carefully fix the threads in the pipe and put a new shower pipe and shower head on. He did such a great job that I made an appointment to have him come back to work on a few other things this week. He is a very nice person and is knowledgeable with the plumbing issues.

I'd like to tell you about two circumstances where Joshua was a great help to us. First, about a month ago, he came to our house to repair three toilets that were running more than they should. Two required repair, one adjustment. Everything is working fine now, and Joshua was prompt, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he did, didn't waste time, and did exactly what we needed. On the second occasion, last week, we had a frozen pipe that had stopped water flow to our upstairs bathroom. Joshua took our call on a Sunday afternoon and gave me some advice. As it turned out, the pipe thawed and didn't break. Joshua called me Monday morning to make sure everything was okay. I really appreciate Joshua's willingness to help, and his follow up. To me, he seems like a person who cares about his customers, and he's also a skilled plumber. I'm hoping we don't have any plumbing issues for a while. But if we do, I'm calling Eisen Plumbing!

Not used after a somewhat negative discussion about the job details. He basically intimated that it wasn't worth his time and would cost a significant amount more than the deal I signed up for.

Joshua (the owner) arrived when he said he would - which was within an hour! He diagnosed the situation and made required repairs to the bathroom. He got the water flowing to other parts of the house with no definite issues. We do have one potential area needing additional work, but we will wait overnight to assess and he has made himself available to me to assist tomorrow. He also provided suggestions for future alterations to improve house water setup and we will do some in the spring for sure.
