Description of Work: |Inspection of all three chimney/fireplaces/wood stove. Determined we did not need a clean and was very up front about it. Recommended replacements of chimney caps as they were worn and not of the highest quality. Will Definitely recommend and use in the future - without hesitation. |

Description of Work: Josh determined that sweeping the chimney would be counterproductive given its deteriorated condition. Instead he suggested installing a clean-out door, which we didn't have, removing the accumulated soot and debris, and sealing some openings. He explained to us in detail the supporting reasons for his recommendations, which we found convincing. He was very personable, very professional, prompt and left the area as clean as he found it. We would recommend this young man, and have already done so to our neighbors.

Description of Work: Excellent work, prompt, excellent service! Repaired crown, pointing as needed, repair/replace tile, installed a new cap over 3 flues. The finished product looks great. Description of Work: Very responsive to initial purchase, scheduling of date. Showed up on time on the scheduled date which was a few months later than initial purchase. Discussed condition of fireplaces, flues, etc.. as it is a very old house. Cleaned the main fireplace and flue used and made sure the place was clean.

I would like to clarify any concerns you may have had with the service I provided. According to my records, you purchased a Big Deal on 12/9/13 to which I immediately responded with my next available dates. I again contacted you on 1/2/14 after receiving no response to my initial email. On 2/3/14 I completed an inspection and spoke with your wife, providing her with a credit for $89 for future services as no cleaning was needed at that time. Upon completion of the inspection there appeared to be no concerns or questions. Therefore I was perplexed when I read your review. I noticed that the work completed date you have listed as part of your review is 5/10/14, which was several months after I conducted your inspection. Due to the seeming inconsistency with the service I provided and the information provided in your review I would like to ensure that there is no confusion and that you were satisfied with your service. Customer service is the foundation of my business. Please contact me to discuss any concerns.
