Shawn was there on a sunday evening to fix some light switches for my elderly mother. He and his assistant were courteous and professional. For a Sunday evening service call the cost was well within or below what I expected. I will use him again as he was quick and responsive.

Shawn is totally about providing excellent customer service as his assistant is also. They get right to the project at hand and waste no time. I found his pricing to be spot on. Awesome electrician. You'd be crazy not to hire him.

Quoted one price then told another after work was completed. Said had to charge for Home Advisor fees he had to pay. Gave check to him in hand once job was completed. I had to request copy of bill several times to show real estate as we were selling the house at that time. Excuse for delay was daughter (who was in college) does his bookkeeping.

Shawn was never on time. Rarely called back when he said he was going to, and I felt he was unclear about his pricing until it came time to pay.

Friendly, on time, able to provide good advice. My mystery problem was fixed promptly. The service call ended up expensive but it was not possible to know ahead of time how long it would take to fix the issue. I would suggest they carry receipts or invoices to fill out and leave with the customer as well as business cards.

Great service at a very reasonable price. His quote beat out two other quotes from competitors. Very clean and quick work of the project and had some nice recommendations for us as well. I would strongly recommend for anyone considering.
