He came and did a nice job, but was on the expensive side for a thermostat replacement. It took about 15 minutes to do what he had to do.

much too expensive for me...$120 for literally 2 minutes of work. (and he said his usual would be $150) ...competent? Yes...but not practical for me on a fixed income. He had to reschedule twice and didn't call me the first time...I had to call him to see where he was.

Shawn and his associate were punctual, worked efficiently and charged the hourly rate(quite fair) I was given over the phone. Very happy with their work and highly recommend to others.
