Description of Work: Installed new deadbolts and decorative door handles and locks on exterior doors. Goodly portion of cost was the special items I ordered. The labor cost was reasonable. They helped me order the right items, were very communicative and professional and the installer was first rate. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They called a few minutes before coming to the house and they were prompt. The gentleman was very courteous and professional and easy to talk to. He changed the pins on the locks instead of replacing the whole lock and set up three new keys. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My son needed to replace his front door lock. The service person put the broken handle back together so the door would stay shut and he could still use the deadbolt to lock it. He did not have the right size assembly so he said it would be a special order if he did it. He gave us a price and told us our other alternative would be to buy one ourselves and either we could install it or he would come back. He was very professional and I appreciate his ideas and alternatives without forcing us to pay for another fairly expensive service call.

Description of Work: I had 2 locks rekeyed. The people were polite and proffessional. The serviceman was on-time and the new locks work smoothly. There was some greasy smudges on the door and a little damage to the paint around the deadbolt. The grease cleaned easy and I can sand and touch-up the paint. For me, it's not that big of a deal. No one is perfect. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: My wife got locked out the house. The key would not work. We set up an appointment for Sunday so she could get back in the house. The locksmith came on time, fixed the problem, and made sure this would not happen again. He was very professional and very helpful, even on a Sunday.

Description of Work: I depend on Hayden for imformation as well as making my duplicating my keys. i bought the blue Shulage locks and had major difficulty with the locks. I could not lock the doors. Hayden took care of my problems. I have a classic car. hayden got blanks for my car. I have had difficulty with everyplace but Hayden with keys that have been cut for my locks. They are personable and helpful.

+ -1 moreThough Hayden said they were familiar with the type of safe in our basement, when we spoke on the phone, they admitted they had never seen anything like it once they got to the house. Despite this, they worked for hours to crack it and even broke a drill bit trying. They ordered a new bit and came back to try again. Unfortunately, they could not crack it, and I gave them permission to break it open, which they did with minimal damage and mess. Even though they put in several hours more than expected and broke a bit, they only charged what they originally estimated. And I'm certain they tried their best, and that if they couldn't crack it, no one could. Oh, and since it begs the question, nothing was good inside :-)
