They're fantastic, pleasant, know what they're doing, do it fast and cost me a tiny amount. I've used them before, too, and every time they're 100% reliable. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY ALL THE LOCKSMITHS WHO ARE ADVERTISING. There's only a few local locksmiths who actually do what they say and don't overcharge.

Called to have lock replaced.. Very responsive- sent someone to look at lock- was told it would have to be ordered which generally took About 2 days-- I called one week later to inquire about the status of the order and was told someone would get back to me. Never heard from the company. Very disappointed in the service given the reviews.

Hayden responded to my call in less than an hour. Technician was polite and efficient. Far easier than doing it myself.

The Hayden service person was able to open the door, permanently fix the problem and also took the extra time to help me put the glass back into the door.

I received a call back from Hayden Lock the day after Thanksgiving, the day I called, even though their office was closed. I had to change our original appointment and they were able to help me the next day. Adam arrive well within the time quoted and was very courteous and professional. He asked what I wanted and got right to work. He made sure the work performed was to my liking. He cleaned up after himself. Great Job

The locksmith was very punctional & professional. I thought that I knew exactly what I needed but he offered me some alternative solutions so that I did not have to damage my old door. He worked fast and efficiently. The total bill came in under what I thought it would be. I would definitely use this company again.

The guy was great (!) and took the time to point out out of 2 doors that were close together, it was sufficient to have the ability to exit through 1 in case of fire or other emergency. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made great suggestions! Next time I have a need for a locksmith, I will definitely call them!!

I called Hayden Lock and Safe to set up an appointment. They had a locksmith available since I was in the same town to come right away as the next scheduled appointment was later in the day. They reviewed 7 locks on 5 doors. 1 had not been used in so long it could not be re-keyed but not an issue as it was a secondary access point. 6 locks were re-keyed and they provided 3 sets of each key per our request. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the speed of service. They kept it down to 2 keys and only needed 2 because different lock types. I would use them again if needed.

Very fast and efficient service. Called the day before and they had someone out there first thing the next morning. Also, gave me a quick lesson on our new combination deadbolts. The gentleman (cannot think of his name right now) that did the work was very respectful of our property and the folks that were there at the time of the visit, which I always appreciate. Will definitely use them again!

Everything went smoothly, the guy was very nice, he showed up on time. He replaced all the locks, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel good about the whole experience. The price seemed reasonable.

I was locked out of the house at 6:30 in the morning during a snowstorm. Hayden was open and the only one willing to come out in the weather. They were prompt and courteous. Much appreciated!

Great locks, service, and expert locksmiths. Very pleased with all aspects of the work done. New locks replaced on new home. They did a greaat job from purchasing the locks to the installation process.

He said the lock was just jammed he put some stuff in there. Then he fixed my whole front door so it locked. And my son let my little dog out and he even chased my dog almost a block and took her back home. I was very gratefully. Will always call this company

Called on a Tuesday, came to the house on a Thursday, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part for me and two weeks later, when the part arrived, installed it. Total time less than an hour on-site. But went out of his way to make the door no longer was as sticky to open and close too. Nothing to do with the lock, just wanted to be sure everything was ship shape.

The locksmith showed up exactly when they said he would, and quickly and professionally assessed the lock situation. I had him replace the locks on both the front and back doors (the old ones were ancient), and make an extra set of keys for me. He did both locks quite quickly and well. I would gladly use them again!

We couldn't get out the front door one morning, the old circa 1900 front door lock had failed in the locked position. Hayden came within the hour of our call. Steve tried everything he could think of to get the door open, spent alot of time on the issue. Finally, drilled into the old lock bar with a drill (sawsall blade wasn't long enough). As the lock was kaput, he installed a new lock and door knob with a "wraparound" plate. He did have to go back to the shop to get the right size, but came back in a fairly timely fashion, and we could use the back door, so it wasn't a major hassle. He keyed the new lock to the existing deadbolt and back door. The work was done well, and considering the amount of time he spent on the project, I thought the price was a fair one. On the way out, I asked him for some free advice on fixing a loose porch door handle, and he repaired that too. A small thing, but I appreciated the gesture. We had hired Hayden to rekey our locks when we moved into the house, so we were repeat customers. Maybe that had some influence on the promptness and completeness of the work done. We would definitely call Hayden again with future lock issues.

I originally schedule a locksmith from Hayden to come to the house on the day of the Closing, after I anticipated it would be done. I explained the work I needed and received a quote. Unfortunately, the Closing took longer than planned, and I needed to reschedule for the next day. Hayden was very understanding and accomodating, and rescheduled for the next day. A locksmith arrived on time, evaluated the work and explained what he needed to do. He was able to reduce the overall number of keys for the various locks, and make as many copies as I needed. He even fixed a lock that was improperly installed. The work cost about 15% more than I was originally quoted, but the service was worth it. I would definitely use Hayden again.

Showed up the next day after we called. He took it apart, fixed the spring, put it all back together and replaced the screws. Very quick, very professional. Cleaned up after himself, asked for some paper towels so he didn't get greasy parts on our floor.

All went well, they came on time and were very efficient. I would use then again.
