The Rep came out and wanted to replace my gutters with an $8000.00 "gutter system". Once we talked through that and I told him, all I need is a simple repair; he worked with me to accomplish my goal. Overall the work was completed professionally and timely. Overall the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, the bowed area of the gutter was just reattached without fixing the problem. Therfore, I need to have this fixed.

They had very good customer service. They did a very good job. I would very possibly use their services again.

Ed came over and explained how they could fix our windows. He was enthusiastic, polite and a pleasure to deal with. They came on the assigned day and did the work that was described. Ed came by to ask me if I was happy with the work and collect the final payment. The windows look great.

They were okay. They were prompt, and professional. The quality of their service was good. Their rates were not the best. I doubt I would use their services again.

Overall we had a great experience with A&A in all respects, and would certainly hire them for additional projects.

All went very well, they even came back to reset attic hatch. (it does not always seal well). When they left everything was clean, like they had never been here. I work from home and I have young children. The workers were very professional and family oriented. A pleasure to have in my home. :-)

The care they all took to be sure I understood the products offered and the installation was comforting.

They were fabulous and I got a really good special. They called me immediately, they did the work, and they ripped out a whole corner of the house so I wouldn’t have ice damming trouble this year. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. I thought they were a bit pricey, but they did a good job. I would absolutely use them again.

Starting with the estimator/sales person Ed Burge continuing with each of the installors absolute professionalism.They kept their work area clear, clean and neat. Vacuumed and cleaned the windows so they sparkled when they finished. Our home looked better then when they started. Extremely pleased.

Our home built 1950, remodeled plus large addition1998, many areas of old house not well insulated, drafty etc. We decided it was time to tighten up. I saw energy audit offered on Angie's list and decided to take advantage of the opportunity.

They did quality work. They came back to complete the gutters as well. They were very pleasant to work with.

The gutter job turned out great. They gave me a quote for the roofing for which they were incredibly expensive but they were great for the gutters. I liked the fact that they made everything in their workshop and any they didn't use any sub contractors. They were great and very professional. Initially I thought I would have to have all of my fascia board replaced and the guy was so honest and he told me that the stuff in the front needs to come down and the stuff in the back is fine. It cost $7 per foot to replace the fascia board. They told me that they could use the old aluminum to wrap the fascia board because new one would have been expensive. I appreciated that and they didn’t have to do all this. I have a roof over my back porch and so I asked them how much that would cost and they quoted me $4000 for that and another company quoted $4200 for my whole house. They were great on their pricing for gutters but I would never be using them for roofing. They were so expensive for their roofing. I felt that they brought out so many people so that they could sell me on other services other than gutters which was a little annoying. I also got a lot of mail and stupid fliers from them for the next 2 months. They sent me mails telling me that work needed to be done on my back porch and I hired them to do gutters and not tell me what needs to be done in my house. Their responsiveness was great. I would use them again for gutters but it is kind of hard to say if I would use them for anything else. I would recommend them for their gutters. I won't recommend them for other things because I found them kind of pricey.

I needed a repair on my drain pipe. a piece fell off during a storm yesterday. i called and was told they only repair their own gutters as they have a special system. they were polite but i was not able to use them.

Wanted to get new storm windows for all of my windows. Went to A & A Services to get an estimate on the windows. They gave me the quote and I gave them a $100 as a deposit. I got home and called another company who quoted me a price that was significantly lower. I called A & A Services back within 24 hours and told them that I had been quoted a much lower price from another company. They told me that the contract with them was legally binding, but I believed that I had some time to back out of the contract with them. They kept my deposit and that was that. Because of my interaction with A & A Services I was put on their mailing list and have been receiving mailings from them 2 times a month since I went in for this estimate despite many attempts at trying to get myself removed from the mailing list. I would not recommend working with this company to anyone.

They did a good job. They were cooperative. I would recommend to anyone.

The overall experience was pretty good; we didn’t have any problems with the windows after they were installed. They were a little high end on the price. They came in and did the job very quick and the work was good.

They did a good job. They had quoted me one price, but then charged me another price, but then they ended making up for the price and sending me a check. The price was fair and I haven’t had any problems since with the windows.
