Everyone from A&A Services was courteous and professional. The salesman who came to give an estimate was very accommodating of our availability and patient in explaining all the details and costs. We were very happy with the carpenters who did the actual window replacement; they were punctual and skilled and left the room in perfect condition. The new windows are beautiful. My only regret is that we bought the "big deal" without knowing how expensive the project was going to be. We figured $500 for $1000 worth of window replacement would cover most of the cost but it didn't. A&A Services does very excellent work and uses high quality products, which were way over our budget. Since we'd already paid $500, we decided to go through with the project. We are happy to have nice windows in our son's room, but we could have gotten nice enough windows for a lot less. I would happily hire A&A Services for future projects if my economic situation allows it.

They did a thorough job. They were neat and clean.

Appointment was easy to make (friendly office staff) and occurred on time with a confirmation phone call occurring the day before.Service was professional, expert and honest (report/discussion following audit) with a lot of valuable and practical advice and information imparted. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, it was a positive experience. A&A showed up on time, worked hard and efficiently and I was very pleased with the quality of work done especially when compared with what I got through MassSave. The only issue was that there was some trouble with the blower door test at the end of the work, but there was no hassle in scheduling a second appointment to get that done.

The service gentleman was very polite, courteous and professional. He came in with an airblower attached it to my door and got a reading and my homes efficiency or lack there of. Then did a reading of the doors and windows for air escaping. But in the end he basically said that there was nothing they could do to make our home more energy efficient except put some caulking around the doors and windows. That's not a lot of help for $100. And we did the caulking ourselves.

They arrived at our home on time and explained what they would be doing. The inspected our home from top to bottom and pointed out problem areas. Then they did a blower test where they sealed the house (made sure all of the doors & windows were locked tight and put a blower in the front door. This way they would be able to accurately assess our energy efficiency. They checked insulation in the walls using a gizmo that was able to check the thickness of the insulation. A week later another man came out to give us an estimate to make energy improvements. We took his estimate under consideration but decided to go with another company because of the price differential.

met with ed . explained what we where looking for. he gave us our options and valuable opinions. we hired them, and the rest of the story is one of great happiness. the whole crew was great. the workmanship and quality of the job was beyond our expectations. we will definitely hire them again.

I didn't end up using the Big Deal. They did come out and give me an estimate for some installation work. I decided to go with another company though who was going to do the work I needed, which included the assessment that A & A Services was offering.

From start to finish, my contact with A & A was great. We will hire them for all of our gutter cleaning and work.

He toured the house and offered helpful feedback. He did the blower test and completely explained the results. He seemed knowledgable and was very pleasant. He didn't try to hard sell me any work that he suggested. Overall, it was a very good experience

Contacted via Angies list. They were very responsive and sent a Rep out to provide an estimate in the same week.The Rep was very knowledgeable about the choices and types of doors given what we were looking to do. He provided a very clear written document of all the work that would be done. Also specifically indicated any additional work would be quoted (if problem found) before going ahead. The 3 doors were ordered, and very early they came in. Unfortunatley 2 of the 3 doors ordered were the incorrect ones. The Rep was very quick to respond and get the situation resolved. Within a week the correct doors arrived and put in place.

Great service! We just bought a house and we wanted to know how energy efficient the house is. The energy audit definitely helped and we were glad to know our house is not loosing too much energy. We definitely need some added insulation in the attic and will surely use A&A for that service.

I hired A&A to do air sealing and insulation. They were there on time as scheduled and completed the work as planned. They were professional, clean, easy to work with and friendly. As a result of the experience with the insulation job, I asked them to quote additional work to make repairs to a section of leaky roof and rotting siding. They showed me where the rotted siding was part of the cause of the roof leak. Due to the nature of the work we agreed on a time and materials job. Again, they were on time, cleaned up each day and came in on target (both time and money) with what was quoted. They stayed late one day to ensure everything was closed up since it was going to rain the next day. They were easy to work with and the work crews were great. Since I have a good understanding of the work that was done and I was able to see the work as they proceeded, I was able to see how they handled the tricky areas and see the quality that went into it. I am very happy with the quality of work and the overall experience. I do not hesitate in recommending them.

They were very, very good. They came on time and did a very good job. I wish all of my windows looked this good. They were quite amazing.

The experience was great. The rep came out to my house, examined all of the old windows and was upfront about the scale of the project and how much it would cost. The estimate was a bit more than what we were looking for, but given the quality of the windows installed and the workmanship on the trim, it was money well spent. They finished the job in one day with one truck and with no problems at all. For someone who had never hired a contractor before, they were a great from start to finish, with a great team and a great product. Can't recommend them any higher.

They were extremely professional and I really liked them. The only reason I did not use them was price. I would use them in a heartbeat. They were courteous, prompt and I think they were accurate. They showed me all their licenses and were phenomenal.

From Sales call to finishing the job, A&A Services conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They were prompt on the Sales Call and followed up accordingly. The job was started on time and also completed on time. The only downside could be the price. But I have to say this.... you get what you pay for. They come in and work professionally and efficiently. The entire work area was completely cleaned everyday which is very important. The job is monitored by a project manager that ensures your every need is met. They are great working with the customer to ensure satisfaction. If something is wrong, they listen to you and they fix it. MOST Important.... there were NO Additional or Hidden costs that came up. Unlike other companies, What A&A quotes you is what you pay. I's dotted and T's crossed. And as they tell you, they don't just side your house... they make it look beautiful. We are extremely pleased we selected A&A services. I highly recommend you do the same.

Lately we have had birds nesting in our gutters, which is very unusual. We called them and they removed 7 birds nests and put up a guard so birds can't get in. He has been to our house twice this year and he did not charge us anything because we were covered under our original contract. 7 years after our first experience they still stand by the contract we signed. They are very pleasant and professional and incredibly easy to deal with.

I have used them over the past 10 years. They come through as promised. Sean Luddy is the gentleman I have worked with, and is the work site manager. He doesn't miss a thing.

My wife and I are very satified with the service provided by A&A Services and with the intalled windows. The only glitches were handled promptly and professionally. The windows are fantastic - they look great and they operate very smoothly; I expect they will for a long time to come. The lead abatement was completed in compliance with regulations, and their work passed follow up lead inspection on the first try. All of the required areas were stripped to bare wood, and they even identified a couple of additional areas that required stripping that the initial lead inspection (provided by a different company) missed. This additional work was performed without complaints from A&A Services and without additional charge. The house was meticulously cleaned following their work, as they need to have all dust removed in order to pass the lead dust testing following their work. It is worth noting that all the lead testing must be performed by an independent Lead Inspector; lead testing is not performed by A&A or any other contractor performing abatement services. Areas stripped are left as bare wood; surfaces are not repainted. There were two glitches which were handled promptly by Sean. After stripping the required areas of our front door, replacement weather stripping was installed. It appeared that the workers had run out of pieces of weatherstripping, and they pieced together two smaller sections of weather stripping at the top of the door. The seam was ragged, and did not appear professional at all. Second, an electrical outlet had been tugged slightly out of its junction box in our kitchen, and the area for one of the screws in the junction box had been stripped. I suspect a sander's cord had been tugged out of the outlet a bit too harshly. Sean promptly made an appointment to come to the house, and he brought an electrician with him (and the electrician had to drive 45 minutes to get here). The electrician was able to fix the outlet without issue, and Sean replaced the weather stripping. In the end, Sean's handling of these issues strengthened my confidence in A&A Services. A&A does not use any subcontractors and they reportedly retain their employees for a long time. I suspect that these issues will not occur to others, as I'm sure they have been fed back to the employees. These issues were minor, but their response to them shows that they will stand behind their work and will make things right.
