They're also excellent that's why I had these people for years. I had replacement windows installed several years ago by A&A and one of the windows developed molds between the glass. They came over and the guy I deal with all the time came over, looked at it, said no problem, added a new window. As soon as he came in had the guys to call me up so I find out which won't work for me, what time works for me. I had the guys come over installed a new window and that was it.

The owner came out, and he was a very nice man. He did an energy audit for me, and there was one thing that was supposed to be done in the basement as a part of the deal, but he could not do it due to asbestos being down there. He said that if I wanted any other work done, I would get a discount, so I had them come back for an estimate for insulation. He sent 2 men out, and they gave me a pretty high price for insulating the perimeter of the basement and crawlspaces. I asked around about the price, and others told me that they thought it was high as well. I ended up working with a local handyman for that work, who did it for half the price.

The A&A team were professional and easy to deal with. Although there was a lengthy period between first contact and the time of the service (due to our schedule), Ed was patient, understanding, and always followed up. The team that provided the installation was quick and professional and worked with me to point out changes to the installation plan and always kept me informed. Clog-free gutters are pricey but A&A also worked extensively with me to meet my budget. Overall it was a great experience with A&A.

Unfortunately we did not go with this provider simply due to cost. They were almost 3x more expensive then our other bids. I verified that the other companies were using the same grade of materials as well. A&A was thorough and professional but I couldn't justify an extra $3500 for the same gutters as I could get elsewhere at this time. The guy I spoke with was very professional, the only reason I marked them down is that when I asked why the price was so much drastically higher he said the other main company I was reviewing would cheat me on materials. It seems pretty unprofessional to say something like that of a competitor, especially when I haven't read reviews anywhere on this company that mentioned cheating. Regardless of the above I will keep A&A on my short list for any future work in their field.

While their product was out of my price-range, they obviously have a good product, and their staff was very pleasant. The thing I really appreciated about A&A was their transparency. There was no runaround, and it was clear that their pricing is competitive with other high-end systems, not your run of the mill gutter.

I found the Angie's List deals to be extremely misleading and would not ever purchase anything from Angie's List again. They make it easy to purchase, but good luck trying to figure out how to request a refund via their website or telephone. I can't really speak to the quality of this company's work since they didn't do anything. The gutters that were offered via the Angie's list deal appeared to be extremely high quality, but they were also extremely expensive. This is my fundamental problem with Angie's List: if your going to sell me a $1.00 coupon off of a bag a Doritos for 10 cents that's a good deal right? But then after you buy the coupon you learn that the bag of Doritos you must buy cost $10.00. Lucky you, you get to pay $9.00 for a bag of Doritos. $9.00 for a bag or Doritos doesn't feel like such a great deal anymore. Now mind you, in this particular case these were awesome Doritos and were arguably worth $9.00, but I'm coupon shopping on Angie's List because I want a good quality product at a reasonable price,don't you think that that if I wanted caviar flavored Doritos I'd be shopping at a much different store? But by the time you bought a coupon for a product you can't afford...too late. Now your left with a choice of either trying to buy a product you can't afford, trying to figure out how to somehow get your money back, or your just SOL. It wasn't really this contractor's fault, but the whole experience with Angie's List was in my opinion sub-par and misleading. It is probably not fair to rate the contractor a "C", but Angie's List won't let me delete the review and I can't give them an "A" because they didn't do anything. I don't want to give them an "F" because it is really Angie's List I'm unhappy with, and so I'm left with the compromise of a "C".

The gutters were more expensive than the quotes I received from others, but they seem to hold up well. I used them for peace of mind because they seemed like they know what they were doing. Ice does freeze over the gutters and the legs of the gutters (the spout where the water comes out) came out after winter was over, so I had to find and reattach them. The quality is between an A and B. It works, but somehow I think the material should be sturdier than it actually is. When one of the spouts was faced the wrong way, I asked them to correct it, and they came out shortly after to do so. All of their guys were prompt in arriving and were courteous in moving their stuff when they had their ladders out in my driveway and I had an impromptu errand to run (requiring me to drive through the driveway). On site the guys also explained what they were doing. Overall, they gave me pretty good service. We'll see how their work holds up in the next few years. I only wish their cost was lower.

It was okay but it wasn't I am expecting. He didn't place the door to the attic. The cover type assembling wasn't appropriate. He put some insulation around though. They just couldn't very focused in it. They were looking to stop selling to much bigger projects.

The A & A Services crew was great. Starting with Chris Zorzy (owner), the whole process was professional and successful. Detailed estimates were provided and these were accurate and reliable. The team showed up exactly when they said they would be there and each day worked to completion of each stage of the project. They were very thorough in ensuring all materials and work areas were spotlessly clean at the end of each day. Choosing a contractor for such an expensive, relatively complicated project, especially living in a high traffic area condo complex, can be very challenging. I specifically signed up with Angie's list for this project and it really paid off. It was a great experience to have Chris and his team work on this project and I recommend them without any reservations. A great company that honors their word, which is very refreshing.

Chris was extremely helpful and honest. He spent the time to walk me through what he was doing, what it meant, and was honest with how to interpret the results. He sat me down at the end and walked through all the areas that needed improvement and even went so far as to advise me on the best cost-saving methods to get this done (which included using a different vendor). I really appreciated having this done and is FAR superior to any free consultation you can receive from MASS-SAVE or another program.

The A & A team did a great job replacing my old corroded gutters with new covered metal ones. I was concerned about the change in appearance, and Sean gave me multiple local addresses for houses with similar gutters. The new ones look great (I had not realized that the old ones were an eyesore.) Everyone was professional, prompt, and friendly and they cleaned up completely when the job was done. Overall, they are a great group to work with!

They did an excellent job. It was a dirty job because they had to sheetrock the hole in the wall to plug it. They did a great job of making it smooth for the paint. He came back a second time to look at it in the light to make sure it was all smooth. He really did a great job cleaning up. I was very pleased. I interacted with the owner and he is a great, great guy who does excellent work. They do a lot of work; it is more than handyman work but less than big construction company work. They've done a deck and stairs on our church. He is a perfectionist so I will definitely use him again.

They presented a very professional package and their gutter system appeared to of very high quality. The sales representative was both friendly and personable. Ultimately, we chose not to go with A&A as the quote ended up being $50/linear foot of gutter after the discount was applied. This was significantly higher than any other comparable system or service,

They showed up on time and cleaned up their mess. We were very happy with them. They will be coming back to give estimate on siding.

Very professional; insisted on making a full presentation of the company's history and capabilities. Very knowledgeable, explained what they were going to do and why. Moved and reinstalled a bathroom vent fan, sealed the tops of interior walls and all openings in the attic floor, and added blow-in insulation to the attic to bring it up to code. Sealed and insulated the access hatchway to the attic. I thought that they did a great job overall. A little pricey, but probably worth it in the long run. Very satisfied.

It wasn't helpful. They just looked at my home. I felt that they were looking for more business but they didn't push us. If a homeowner feels that their home is already energy efficient, they don't need to do this.

He was recommending that we replace our basement windows. We felt it was a terrible value for the money and that they were trying sell us something that we did not need.

A&A was extremely professional. They promptly responded to my purchase of the big deal certificate and provided a quote within 2 weeks. The gutters were installed promptly. They even alerted me to the fact that an electrical line coming in to my home was touching the downspout and needed to be moved. They worked on another part of the house while National Grid came and moved the cables so that all work could be performed safely and I would not have any issues with the lines in the future.

Great...too expensive for our current financial situation. Will definitely utilize them when the economy picks up.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. I liked them very much, the two gentleman who came by, were very knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed very honest, and stood behind their product. I am very happy with them.

Company was punctual & professional. All my questions were answered. I got some great recommendations but sadly I can't use them to due a concern about my home's insulation (they had never it before). It was nice to see a company that puts the health & safety of its workers before the dollar.

They did a very good job, they were very thorough, they did a very good job. They were here for a full day, they used a durable product that lasts and I would call them again. I paid more because I liked the product. I liked the way they explained it to me, I liked the people who came to do it for me, they were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure they finished the project.

Very well. They were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us an idea of where we were losing heat in our home and where we should add more insulation.

I have them last October of last year and they were very professional. They gave me a thorough assessment and it's well done. They seem to do everything that they should have. They sat down and explain things to me and left me information and they did a follow-up call which I thought was nice.

The work was done summer of 2011. 08/01/11 is pick -a-date. I don't feel like going to find the paperwork. The majority of the work was removing the rotted basement and replacing the window frames. They replaced all 4 windows. Water is no longer streaming from behind the frames when it rains or snow melts. The company people are professional and very cordial. They explained every thing they did and showed it too me. April 2013, I noticed a horse shoe shaped crack in one of the basement windows. I called AAA. They came out and identified the crack as a stress crack. They replaced the window at no charge. At the same time in April 2013, I was concerned with my roof. It does not leak and the north facing front has lichen growing on it. I think his name is Sean. Sean told me how to get rid of the mold and lichen with water and bleach. I do not need a new roof. I hope my son likes climbing on roofs because I am not going up there. I requested an estimate to replace all my front gutters and than all the gutters. We walked around the house together to identify what I wanted. Sean provided me with 2 estimates. One for just the front and the other for the whole house. I have decided to do it next year because this year I need a new hot water heater. if I financially can, I will have the front done b4 winter. They are not pushy. Definitely not window replacement sales people.
