Description of Work: A large picture window was replaced. The workmen as always were able, efficient, polite, neat, very particular about doing the job as perfectly as they could. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Our only problem was a late delivery of the new window and the office staff did not keep us apprised of this problem. The window was over a month delayed.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 store doors (windows/screens). They were professional, - however 2 of the 3 doors were incorrect and did not match what what ordered - wrong style, and wrong handle side. they did quickly respond to the error and replaced. They also had an internal personal issue, so I had to cancel a check I provided (cost to me), and to reissue a check to them. They did apologize for the problem. The work was fine that they completed. The price was in line with others, and the product fine. I prob will not use them again, for other projects,, but for doors and windows they are ok.

Description of Work: A+A replaced most of the windows in our house. I was very pleased with their work and all my expectations were met. They were very sensitive to my concern that the windows fit the esthetic of my old house. They also identified and analysed some roofing concerns I had and addressed those as well. I have hired them to do some additional work on my house since I now have complete faith in their ability to get the job done properly.

Description of Work: Added cellulose insulation to attic and crawlspace areas and foam-sealed around foundation and in attic. My house became much more comfortable after they were done, with the house not heating up as fast in summer and using less gas for heat in the winter. Note that some of the cost was subsidized by my gas company.
