It worked out pretty well. The windows are very good quality and they have held up well. Also we have saved some energy by using these windows.

It was okay. They did it very quickly. They were very polite and courteous.

They did a good job. They came up with a quote and appreciated the services. I was a little disappointed because we reached out to them recently to do a job and had made an appointment and they never showed up.

It’s a good company and they did a good job. The work turned out well. After they finished the job we had a really bad winter that caused us some problems and they came back and fixed everything for no additional charge. All of the work turned out really nice. They are good people; they are responsible and well mannered.

It turned out very well. I haven’t had any problems and haven’t had to call them back for anything. It’s been perfect. My energy costs have gone down by about a third. They are very professional and they always show up on time. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

I would have nothing bad to say about them and I would highly recommend them.

They were very prompt when getting back with us. They really explained what they saw needed to be done. They made some really good suggestions on how to deal with ice damming. It was great that they didn?t try to sell us a new roof. They really took their time to explain everything for us.

They had a large enough crew to do the work in about a day...I asked them to come back once more to run gutter spouts extensions away from the house and garage. I do not recall that there was any other issue. The gutters look good and have held up for two winters now.

I want to express my extreme displeasure at the quality of their customer service. After the company swarmed my neighborhood with salespeople, I scheduled an appointment with the young man who came to my door. He informed me that all parties would need to be home, and when my wife and I stated that would be impossible, and that my wife was going to defer to my decision, he made a call to inform "his boss". He also wrote it down on his clipboard. He informed us that we would get a call on Sunday to confirm our Mon 5/24 appointment at noon. Since we received no call, I made other appointments. On that Monday, I got a call (after 10am approx.) to confirm our appointment, and I discussed what happened with the gentleman. I again told him our home situation and was told that it was alright, and to reschedule when I had an opening. Today, 5/28, I tried to call to reschedule and was given a hard time about my wife not being involved. This was supposedly a non-issue at this point, and I find it very frustrating that my time was wasted.

They were very good however we went with another company.

2 snafu missed appointments to come quote but presentation by sales guy was thorough and informative. Product is Gutter Shutter and more robust than standard gutters and many of the other competitors as well. Option to install drain guards too. We wanted to eliminate as many extra downspouts as possible. That was easy for most parts of the house but sales guy also came up with a good solution for a couple of unusual spots that eliminated 2 more downspouts. Workmen arrived on time. Were initial a tad skeptical of the solution to our tricky spots but made it work beautifully. They calmly dealt with 2 bees nests uncovered when old facia board was removed. Crew chief explained where additinal facia board build out was necessary and why. Also had us examine parts of the work while it was ongoing to make sure we were satisfied. Did find a few old metal straps still hanging off the house were drainspouts were eliminated, but good experience overall.

They were good and they did a very good job. I was happy with their services. They installed fifteen new windows for us.

From start to finish they were nothing but curtious and professional. Everyone I dealt with was awesome. They did three runs of gutter, two downspouts and replaced some facia board in less than 4 hours, and cleaned up and when they left it was like they were never there. If you are thinking of getting gutters, use these guys. I got regular gutters, because I have no trees anywhere near my house, but they specialize in no clog gutters. So I can not vouch for that system, but if it is anything like the quality of what I got, I am sure you will be happy too.

After I had to call them 6 weeks after windows were ordered (they said 5 to 6 weeks), they were 2 weeks behind schedule for install; I had to apply pressure to have install before December. I thought they were expensive; I could have found it cheaper elsewhere. They did do a good job, though.

Impressive! The team was in and out in under three hours, fitted six windows to perfection, including adjusting the size of the openings, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with their work. This was not a cheap set of windows, but it was worth every penny.

Friendly sales rep Mike. Took about 5 weeks from estimate until work started and I was originally told 3 weeks. Good installation team. Took care not to damage numerous plantings around the house. Worked the last hour in the pouring rain. Left a few handfuls of screws and other debris in the driveway. Still need to return to fix a few minor issues. Arrived the day and time agreed on.

Workers showed up on the date and time expected. They worked 2 1/2 days to complete the project. They paid close attention to detail, were very professional, cleaned up after themselves at the end of every work day. Overall, I was very pleased with the product and the work that they did.

Everyone was very professional, always answered the phone, and kept appointments. Salesman Ed Burge gave a detailed estimate and explained everything. He understood my special requests (maintaining the original appearance of an 1890 house) and recommended Fypon millwork to achieve this. They started work earlier than expected and worked every day until finished. The crew was very friendly and considerate, and cleaned the site every night. Communication (with the crew as well as Melissa, Dan, and Ed) was excellent; they always returned calls and kept every promise. And best of all, the house is like new! The way they molded the aluminum around every nook & cranny looks better than most houses in the neighborhood. Real craftsmen, well worth the money.

THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY NICE, AND THE PRICE OF THE JOB WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE JOB WAS DONE IN ONE DAY, AND WAS DONE VERY WELL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
