Description of Work: I had no response from my first call and therefore called again. This time he did return my call and apologized for not returning the first request. He informed me that I was not in the area he normally works and it would therefore cost me more money to do the work. He suggested I try other companies and to call him back if I was not successful and he would come out. I appreciated the honesty
