I contacted O'Sullivan, he got right back to me, came out to give an estimate the same day, then followed through after the weekend on a Monday. Our gutters were cleaned and nothing was left for us to clean up. O'Sullivan is incredibly professional and efficient.

Brendan did a great job and actually cleaned my gutters using his hands instead of a leaf blower. He also did a minor repair to one of my gutters. He was very professional and pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him.

Brendan O'Sullivan has been cleaning our gutters for several years. He is very dependable. He will return calls very promptly, and always manages to fit us into his schedule. We have a lot of pine trees and they are very messy so we have Brendan over to clear the gutters a few times a year. His prices are quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him due to his prompt response, excellent work, and reasonable prices.

I returned to a house full of sparkling windows, all locked up, and completely clean gutter, which is amazing as i have 2 very tall trees which drop lots of pine needles. fast, fine service, from a kind gentleman. I will gladly use this service in the future.

They did fine. They were great. They came when they said they were going to come and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and there were no problems. I will use them again in the future.

Called on a Saturday morning and owner picked up on his cell phone and suggested coming by that afternoon after he completed his current job. Arrived on-time and after reviewing the work provided a verbal quote for the windows specified (outside cleaning only), and at my request a second quote on another set of windows that needed both inside/outside cleaning. He set a date of that coming Thursday for the work and completed the work on that day. The job involved large picture windows and other difficult to reach sets of windows that show when the work is subpar- and in this case the work was excellent. The owner is clear, easy to talk to, quick to provide a quote and works by himself (as far as I could tell) and so controls the work quality. He will be back shortly to complete the second phase of work. Very pleased and very fair on pricing.

Reasonably priced, super prompt service. This year I called around to see if I coud get a better price than I'd paid another service the year before (Other service is also a highly-rated Angie's list provider.) Brendan was up and quot;on a ladderand quot; when i called, but called back quickly. By the next day he had come by to check out the house and left an estimate in the mailbox. It was about $75 cheaper than what I'd paid the year before. Once I booked the job, he was over and had completed it the next day. Not only had a paid far too much to the other provider the year before, but I'd also had to wait well over a month to have it done (some of it was due to bad weather, but much of it was because they seemed overbooked.) Without a doubt, I'll be continuing to use Brendan from now on.

I was quite satisfied. He came on time and he was very thorough. He saw things in context. Pricing was clear based on how high it was. I knew what was in the charge.

Brendan responded immediately to my call. He took my information, drove by to check the job and left me a price. Because we were waiting for the leaves to fall more completely, he told me he would come by on a good date and leave me a statement and I could send him a check. I appreciated his efficiency and promptness, and the fact that I didn't need to take a day off from work to be there when he was working. I would definitely call him again.

I left a message for Mr. O'Sullivan at 9:00 on Monday morning, 9/12. Brendan returned my call mid-morning and said that he would come to check out the job that same day. He also said that if I agreed with his estimate he could begin the work right away. I did agree and Brendan did the work, cleaning up all of the debris from the grounds. There have been several rain storms since the gutters were cleaned and they are draining as they should. I couldn't be happier with both the job results and Brendan's professionalism. A couple of delays (weather) but O'Sullivans were very responsive and accomodating

I called on a Wednesday, he came early Thursday morning to give an estimate. Very friendly, knowledgeable and would definitely recommend. He cleaned all of the gutters at a good price - very easy. He was fantastic!Ben

They were great. They were efficient, they got the job done quickly, and they were thorough.

Brendan O'Sullivan is the best window-washing bargain in town. He is courteous, prompt, and professional. The windows are so clean that it is as though the glass were not there. He charged only $280 for 26 windows plus the front gutter (which was full of leaves from a nearby tree). For the condo he charged only $5 per window because he said that they were tilt-in and easy to do. I had called three other contractors and found their prices high and their availability a problem. Before calling Brendan my best offer had been $360 for most of the windows, with another $120 for the eight jalousies on the back porch, to be done at some later date. Brendan did them all in one day for a much lower price. When I called him to do the windows at the condo, he squeezed the work into his schedule and did it very quickly, but still very well. I plan to call him back twice a year to do the windows and check the gutters.

I called three other companies to wash the windows in the home we had just purchased, but they did not seem able to schedule the job very soon. Their prices were also high. Brendan came over within 24 hours and left an estimate for the windows that was $80-150 lower than the others. When he came over to do the windows he was punctual, professional, and efficient. There were other workmen there on the same day and he worked around them without complaint. When he was finished, the windows were so clean that it was as though they were not there. When I learned that he also did gutters, I asked him to check ours. He said that the only one that needed cleaning was the front one (which is near a tree). So he cleaned that one for a small additional fee. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to do the windows on the condo that we were moving out of and will be renting out. Since these were new tilt-in windows, he charged only half-price for them (11 windows for $55 + an additional $2 for the one window that had to be reached by a ladder). Given the quality of Brendan's work, I can't believe how low his prices are. We intend to hire him twice a year to clean the windows and gutters.

I called Brendan to see if he could give us an estimate to provide regular drain and gutter cleaning maintenance. We had an issue last July with our roof drain clogging, and have not had it cleaned since last July. Brendan came over to perform the estimate the next day at the time scheduled. He used his own ladder to access our roof and check out the drain (our hatch to access the roof is very heavy but he managed to lift it). Brendadn tested the drain for clearance. He was very honest and told me that the drain was not clogged and it did not currently need maintenance. We will definitely be giving him a call in the fall to clean our gutters. The experience was so pleasant that I told Brendan I would put his information on Angie's List with a great review. Brendan also does Window cleaning and is conveniently located in Roslindale.

His prices were very reasonable. He was very businesslike and mannerly. He showed up when he said he would be there. His professionalism was of the highest degree. He was very polite. He did a fantastic job on clean up. I wish everybody was like him.
