Description of Work: I have ised Bob a couple of times now and very pleased. His pricing is very fair and I am pleased with the work. He comes in, you just point out what you want and he does it. He just works and then says whats next. He is quite the handyman, wizard. He did many jobs around my home such as fixing doors, decks, lighting, etc.

Description of Work: Fixed grouting around bathtub, re-painted bathroom walls, replaced toilet seat.

Description of Work: Jim Merlin came over and definitely knew what he was talking about in terms of hanging a new door and repairing some windows. I plan to use him in the near future as soon as he gets some time. A low-key guy, but definitely inspires confidence.

Description of Work: Mr. merlin looked at the job and did not communicate afterward in a timely fashion as to when he could return. Consequently we got another handyman who was prompt and responsive.

Description of Work: He worked for us last spriing. I can't remember the date. His prices seemed reasonable, and I can't remember how much we spent. He fixed doors in the garage, anda was careful to get the right hardware. He fixed some interior closet doors, too. Very pleasant and creative I've recommended him to other people.

Description of Work: This service provider was contacted two times and given multiple options for a response time frame and ph numbers, no call has been responded to at all, no messages left. We chose this provider due to their skill range, no return ph calls or responses took place, this does not speak well for the provider. There is not an outgoing message indicating the handyman was away either, disappointing NO RESPONSE

Description of Work: Bob has done any number of myriad tasks from painting my kitchen, back deck, front porch, etc., power washing my house and garage, set up and took down my Christmas tree, fixed a couple of sconces, took out and installed my air-conditioner multiple times, got my front door screen fixed, etc. He's wonderful.

Description of Work: Bob did carpentry work, replaced a door and repainted an outbuilding. Very fair price, came when he said he would and was responsive.

Description of Work: Bob put wood supports underneath my staircase. This eliminated the loud creaking noises that the stairs would make when walked on. I also used Bob to clean my gutters ($80.00) in August. He is fabulous. I feel so lucky to have found a handyman like him. Honest, professional, friendly & knows how to get the job done. He provided me with insight on why water was getting into my basement, after ruling out it was not the gutters. I love writing this report about Bob Merlin, as it is deserving, but I really wish I could keep him a secret so he will always be available for me! Description of Work: Bob repaired walls with sheetrock; then painted two large rooms and hallway-three days work @$40/hour; he is a very good painter. he always cleaned up and did the work when he said he could do it.I agree with him that benjamin moore paint is the best paint to use.

Description of Work: Bob is great. He's reliable, friendly, calls you back within a reasonable amount of time. He is doing painting for me and some small handyman type things. I have plenty more for him to do and won't hesitate to call him.

Description of Work: I EMAILED FOR AN ESTMATE AND RECEIVED A PROMPT REPLY. HIS ESTIMATE WAS FAIR, BUT I WAS ABLE TO GET ANOTHER HANDYMAN TO THE HOUSE RIGHT AWAY AND OPTED FOR THAT.
