Gary was very professional. He showed all of his credentials upon arrival and showed up on time. We walked through what needed to be done and set up an appointment. When he came back, he thoroughly went through each item I needed fixed and took care of them. I've actually had him come by and do some things a second time and everything went well again. I would definitely recommend and also use again if any services are needed in the future. Everything was picked up nicely and came out very well.

Gary was great. He is a really nice person, super professional and punctual. He arrived promptly at 7:15 am and we started by reviewing Gary's credentials. This is apart of his program for new clients and really confirms that you have hired a true professional. After briefly reviewing the paperwork, we walked through the projects to be completed for a second time. I expected to get most of the projects done, but maybe not all of it because it was a long list. He replace a couple of faulty wall switches. He moved a 220V receptacle so that I can push my stove against the wall. And the list goes on. Gary started working right away and didn't stop for 5 or 6 hours. In a couple of instances, he had to make cuts in the wall and was precise and super neat. It's also great that he explains what he is doing and how it complies with code. Gary cruised through my projects and I am so happy to have had his help. I highly recommend him.

Gary always kept us abreast of what he was going to purchase for the job, when he would be arriving, if he would have a partner, and the amount of time he expected the work to take. He did a professional job of completing the work that we discussed. He answered all the questions that I had along the way. We will be using Gary again in the future.

It went very well. Gary understood the importance of properly illuminating spaces, and he was very knowledgeable about the State's electrical code and the importance of adhering to it when making lighting decisions. Gary introduced me to the concept of directional and/or track lighting which was a relatively inexpensive but very effective way to achieve my lighting goals at reasonable cost. I now love the way my third floor looks--lighting is everything, just as Gary pointed out when I first spoke to him about my electrical requirements.. In addition to being a fine electrician, Gary is also friendly, courteous, and personable. He genuinely cares about his clients, and I appreciated this very much. In short, it was a pleasure to work with Gary, and we have chosen to use Gary for all of our electrical needs. I highly recommend him.

There were some bumps getting Gary here - scheduling conflicts and an emergency dental appointment, but: - He called when he knew he couldn't make it - He was apologetic - I knew he honestly felt bad it was taking him a while to complete the work Gary called the day of the appointment to let us know when he would be by. He took time and care to do the work, just as if he was doing the work on his own home. The wiring he replaced was not up to code. The new wiring is neat and secured.

I called Gary to fix two light fixtures that were working sporadically and some kitchen plugs that were not working at all. I had no problem getting a hold of him and he arrived on time and ready to work! He quickly identified the problem, e.g. lights were wired incorrectly, and not only did he fix them but put in a support if I want to install a ceiling fan in the future. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He explained everything and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him again!

On 4/27/14 I responded to two ads for work to be performed by Mr. Ferzoco - one for a ceiling fan installation, and one for two hours worth of work. I paid for the services. Over the course of ten 10 days I have left three messages for him. He has yet to respond to me. In my estimation, Mr. Ferzoco is neither responsive, nor professional, nor punctual. He's more like a waste of time and an annoyance.

Gary did a great job and is now my go-to electrician. He was able to access the electrical in my new home quickly and had no problems adding 2 outlets in places that I needed them. He's a nice guy with a great personality and most of all, an electrician you can trust.

After a bit of a rough start (Gary was very apologetic about getting distracted at another job and missing an initial appointment), he came out and reviewed the work I had planned. He was helpful in sorting out what would be a realistic use of his time given the limits of the Big Deal. He came out a week or so later and installed/replaced 8 direct-wired photoelectric smoke detectors (the old ones were past their 10-yr life-cycle). He's friendly & chatty and also skilled, efficient and focused on his task. When counting the number of alarms I needed to buy I forgot about the two in the garage, and he was very accommodating about coming out with me to a nearby Home Depot and picking up the needed detectors. Though the unplanned trip took us a bit past the 2 hours, he refused extra payment, thanked us and was on his way with a smile.

It went really well. Gary was a bit late coming from another job, but he let me know an hour in advance (good professional behavior). He completed the work quickly and took the time to patiently explain what he was doing as he went along. I would certainly recommend Gary as a competent electrician.

Gary was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Before he even started the job, he came over to evaluate what needed to be done and brought all his licenses, insurance and paperwork to show us. In all my years, I have never had anyone take that much time to explain what was going to happen and be so professional. Gary was awesome and we will never hesitate to call him again for our next project!

Gary was a pleasure to work with. When we first met, he showed me his licenses - I really appreciated that! He was very informative, accommodating, hard working, and extremely neat! I would highly recommend Gary as an electrician!

Fast. Clean. Friendly. Did all the quality checks at the end with me. Good communication, via text & phone. Very happy with Gary, will definitely use him again.

Gary met with us to see what we needed done--spent over an hour explaining what he would be doing, showed all his identification & licence information, & set up an appt. On the day scheduled, he called to say he was going to be delayed,& would be a couple of hours late.He called early enough that I was able to rearrange my morning to take care of errands.Gary arrived as expected, & went right to work on the outlets in 5 rooms. He explained how the safety feature worked, & tested each one when finished to show that they were working properly. He then proceeded to unpack & assemble the fan& light kit which we had purchased after getting his advice on brands, size, etc. He prepared the ceiling area & installed the fan. It is now working perfectly,with the wall switch and/or pull chains, & is also very quiet. Gary is pleasant, considerent, & knowledgable & was prepared with all tools that he needed, as well as covers for floor & furniture when needed. He made sure he cleaned up after each job.--- I will be calling him for future electrical work.

Scheduled a date to do the work (4/2). Cancelled that on the day of - due to permit issues on job he was on. Rescheduled for 4/11- day of rescheduling, he called and cancelled as he had mis-scheduled me for a week later and was unavailable for the day we had agreed upon. Although he was apologetic, at his point I lost confidence and wanted a refund. I will seek electrical contracting elsewhere.

A week and a half prior to Gary's arrival I spoke with him about installing 7 dimmer switches. I explained that the earlier the better so that I didn't have to miss work. He suggested 7:30AM and said he could get the 7 dimmers installed in 1.5 hours. So I would be a little late for work. We agreed that he would come to my home and complete the job in 1 1/2 hours. In addition, I told him that I was having a party that Friday and he said that he would be able to do the work on Wednesday before the party. (All my lights are LEDs and are very bright. I wanted to have the dimmers installed before the party) The day before he was to arrive I spoke with Gary to confirm the time and place of the work to be done. He again said he would be there at 7:30. The next day he called me at 7:45 to tell me he was on his way. An hour later I called Gary to see what was up. He said he was still on his way. By this time it was clear that I didn't have the time that Gary would need because he was so late. When I spoke to him he became belligerent, and started to yell at me over the phone because he was too late and I needed to get to work. At that point I told him that I would find someone else as I didn't need to be paying someone to yell at me and arrive over an hour late. Buyer beware: Gary has a temper! What I learned is that no matter how many great rating a contractor gets, it's the poor ratings that really count. I tend to give the benefit of the doubt, but that has not served me well. In the future I will read all negative reviews and stay away from contractors, who have C ratings or lower.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. I was pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others.

Gary was very professional and explained everything as we went along. He installed two dimmers, one in the foyer and one in the living room. He checked out the front lawn lamp post which was not working, but he determined it would not be a quick fix as somewhere the electric cable was cut sat some point from the lamp in the front of the yard to the house. I am holding off on this. The door bell just needed a battery. Overall, I was very happy with his service and would call him again.

The job was complicated due to the fact that I needed the original ceiling light moved so that the fan was more centralized in the room. In doing that Gary ran into the 3 main beams for the floors above. So some cutting and drilling was necessary to be able to snake the original wiring to the new spot. I was made aware up front that it would be more, if he went over the two hours. I was more than happy to pay his regular fee per hour because the end result was well worth it. He had to come back on April 3rd to replace a part that was defective in the ceiling fan. He did a fantastic job and I will recommend him to my neighbors, family and friends. Ginnie Healey

He was excellent.I had many outlets that weren't working right that he fixed and he checked the flood lights. He also fixed the matle lights that were not working. He dimantled the bathtub fan, I cleaned it and he put it back together and it worked. He brought out his certificate for master electrician and showed me the certificate for general liability insurance. He was here for about 4 hours. He didn’t charged extra when he picked up the supplies he needed. They were reasonable.

The job went very well. He takes the time to explain the process and details. Really very happy with the work and will be having more work done in the future.

He installed a light in one of our bathrooms. Fixed a problem with a kitchen light. He trouble shooted and found the issue with our back room outlets not having any power. Tine ran out for him to install a light in the upstairs bathroom but I will be scheduling another appointment to have that done.

Yeah, they were here today. Great guys!! Very, very good. Gary is excellent, excellent, excellent!!! They did just a magnificent job. They were on time, extremely clean, very efficient. The time that the amount that they said they are going to try to make they stayed on budget. I just enjoy their service and I look forward in using them again. The $110 big deal was for two hours and of course the under the cabinet lights were a little involve so I was expecting to spend more than that. Now, if I just wanted them to do the chandelier and the sconces that would only take them two hours but because I wanted them to do more work that’s a little bit more involve I would expected to pay a little more. The approximate cost of service was $437.

Bought the big deal on March 6. Called and spoke to him Friday. He said he would call back that evening. He did not. I messaged him mid-Saturday afternoon and he called me back immediately saying he was working but would call me mid-day Sunday. ALso said he was busy all the coming week. I recieved no call Sunday and therefore decided to get a refund. he left a message on Monday saying he recived a big job that was unexpected. I do not have the time to get this work delayed.
