There is not too much to say, as there shouldn't be when someone comes in and does the job with no hassles or worries. For any opportunities that they had to do a little extra work or put in some extra effort they were very willing to do so.

When I first called Jim, he explained to me about a problem that he had related to a former employee. He said that because of that he was short-handed and exceptionally busy, he would do the best he could do to get me squeezed in. It worked out just fine overall.

He cleaned our dryer vents, and since the problem continued, agreed to come back and video the dryer ducts. Came back, did a cursory video of main line, did not investigate the duct between me and upstairs neighbor, (we're getting their dryer exhaust) proposed a solution of installing backflow covers in each condo unit, and approaching condo association management company about upflow fan, and then we never heard from him again. Called him several times, no return messages.

Jim returned my call right away and showed up when expected.

We called several companies in for estimates and decided to use Duct Man. Jim Mor arrived on time for the estimate, gave us reasonable price and was able to schedule the job within a couple of weeks. They arrived on time on the day that we scheduled and did the job within the time frame they gave us. Duct cleaning can leave a mess behind, and I was very surprised and happy to find that they did a good job cleaning up. When the bill came it was exactly the amount of the estimate. We would rehire them for other work.

Jim and his helper did an excellent job, very professional. Called to say they were going to be a few minutes late in getting there. Jim said the job would take about 6 hours, which it did. The house is about 25 years old and the air ducts have never been cleaned. Jim said there was a lot debris in the ducts going back to when the house was built. They cleaned up after they cleaned each duct out. No dust - very clean system.

The service was excellent. Jim needed to reschedule several times, so in the end he decided not to charge me for the services.

He arrived on time, was cheerful, courteous, helpful. Our situation is a little difficult, what with having two big appliances (washer and dryer) fitted improperly into a closet. He solved our problem with the duct and completely cleaned out our dryer. We had a fire hazard on our hands and didn't realize how serious our situation was. He did a fantastic job.

They were very nice and helpful on the phone and in person.

Jim returned our call promptly. He came to the house when he said he would, gave an estimate and we hired him. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he was going to do, and charged us what he said he was going to charge us. In all respects he was responsive, competent, and professional.

I was completely satisfied (my husband gave him a tip). Jim Mor and his associate arrived almost on time. Although they were delayed a short while by some trees on the road from a thunderstorm, they called to let me know they were on the way. They were very polite and answered all my questions. The price was realistic; the same as the estimate he had set after examining the entire system the previous week. (Sears gave us a somewhat lower estimate over the phone, which they computed by the number of vents in the house. However, because I had trouble breathing whenever the heat or the A/C came on, the whole-system approach was more reassuring. The 3rd company in our area that I called for an estimate did not return my call.) Although it took a long time, I'm confident that all the dirt that was coming into the house through the vents has been cleared out, and I'm breathing easier.

Very nice guy, professional and pleasant. Our dryer duct was extremely dirty, so work took almost 2 hours, but there was no extra charge. He also replaced a piece of duct for no charge. Would definitely hire again.
