Description of Work: I called S. Ferro Plumbing HVAC Company and unfortunately did not receive |a call back. I did leave two telephone numbers.

Description of Work: I contacted Steve to install a vanity. It took a bit of back and forth to get the time scheduled, due to an issue with delivery of the countertop, but eventually everything worked out and the vanity was installed quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: My 1st floor tentants tub was leaking into my basement and previously I had someone look at it and they said I would need to replace the valve and it would cost $600 or more. Steven was referred to me from a family member and he came to look at the leak and immediately detected the issue. The tub surround caulking needed to be scraped out and new caulking added, and the faucets (both hot and cold) in the tub needed to be sealed with clear sealant because they were old. I was greatful that I did not replace a valve that did not need to be replaced. He did not charge me for coming to look at the issue.

Description of Work: Installed hybrid hot water heater. Item had $750 rebate from National Grid

Description of Work: We have an old condo building that was renovated and "flipped" without having 100% of the plumbing replaced. When we developed a mysterious ceiling leak, Steven came over right away to take a look and fixed the immediate problem. He also put us in touch with a great carpenter who coordinated the continued job of opening up the ceiling to have Steven replace a leaking pipe. Everything was handled very professionally and Steven provided good advice about dealing with plumbing in old houses and minimizing costs.

Description of Work: Steve was terrific. We had an emergency situation involving sewage backing up into the backyard. I called Steve, and he came over within the hour to determine the nature of the problem. He came back with assistance within a few hours to work on, and solve our problem. I had, at first assumed that I had a cracked sewer pipe, but Steve discovered it was a blocked pipe, and was able to snake it to clear the blockage. I would highly recommend him. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I feel very lucky to have made the connection.

Description of Work: S. Ferro arrived promptly to assess problems with a broken very old disposal system, attached to deteriorating drainage pipes. His estimate for the required work was fair. He arrived to install the new system exactly at the time and date agreed upon. He performed the work efficiently, meticulously, and with no clean-up required by me, after the job. He is both courteous and very professional- I'm very happy with the new installation and the work performed.
