The owner, Steve, was very knowledgeable about installing the tankless water heater. My hwh broke on a Wed. night. I called him Thursday morning and we set up an appointment for an hour later for him to come by and look over the job. Steve's crew arrived promptly on Friday morning to take the broken tank out and install the new tankless. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. After the installation was done Steve came by to make sure everything was finished and done right. Though it is an expensive way to go, apparently the price of the tankless water heater went up 1,500 since they last installed one, I'm pleased with the results. I have read reviews of the twh they installed and it is quality.

Steve returned my call within minutes ,came out next morning and finished work in a professional manner. He gave me tips what to do and not do on rest of plumbing. Will call him again if I need plumbing work .

This is the second time I've used these guys and will use them again in the future. Very friendly, prompt and went the extra mile. The task was very simple so Steve sent one of his other guys, who was on time and very professional. I'm somewhat of a DIY guy and love to learn from the pros... the plumber was more than happy to take the time to explain what he was doing and gave some tips on the project I was going to take on later that day. At some point during the process of terminating the line it turns out he had tripped the gas sensor on the other water heater they had installed several months ago, terminating the pilot. I didn't notice till the next day when I had no hot water.... I reached out to Steve and on a Sunday morning, and a few hours later they were back to fix the problem...WOW. Awesome service, these guys are my go to plumbers now.

Great, fast and efficient service.

Called Roto Rooter to clear drain. Had to pay 160. up front. They spent 2Hrs attempting to unclog without success. I was out 160. Called Steve Ferro and he came right out and fixed in 1/2 hour.

Two guys showed up in the AM after hearing on the phone that they would be "in the afternoon." That's WAY early but it worked out because I was home. They brought in the ladder and bag of gear, used my tarp to spread out over the kitchen stuff equipment, and punche a few holes in the ceiling with Hammer. They checked downstairs for drain area. Then finally realized it was in the sink up in the bathroom, that had a leaky drain. They went for the part which they pretty much had in the truck. They had it fixed in no time. Steve arrived on time, examined the problem, provided me with an estimate including the additional cost if one of the pieces was in worse shape than originally thought. Since I was okay with estimate Steve got right to work while he sent somebody else to Watertown to get a piece they did not carry in their truck. They were able to finish the job in ~4hrs and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

One of the radiators in the house was leaking water. I called Steve and within the hour he arrived and repaired the problem.

Three days prior to the work, Steve followed up with me to confirm his arrival time and that someone would be home as the job was being performed, and to create a schedule of the work as 5 separate units were to be replaced. On the scheduled day, Steve and two crew members arrived promptly to take delivery of the new hot water heater units. The three of them worked quickly and efficiently, communicated with me throughout the job, and cleaned up after themselves. They walked me through the completed work and made sure that I was satisfied with the finished product.

Steve rook out the old stems and took them to the plumbing supply hose to be sure to order the appropriate stems. He came back the next week and installed the new stems. He cleaned up the area when he was finished and advised me what to buy to "shine up" my older bathroom fixtures. Despite a couple of winter storms interfering, Steve kept in contact throughout the process and completed the job in a very timely manner. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He took a look at a couple of other issues in my home and advised for future reference.

We have been frustrated with low water pressure for some time. We tried to fix it on our own but were unsuccessful. Other plumbers came and advised us but we did not get a solution. S. Ferro located the problem with the faucet, found a new faucet that fit a tricky size situation - all in about 3 hours.

He came when he said he would, right on time. He brought his assistant and they were both very professional and clean. It was a complicated job, as they had to remove the pre-existing water heater from a very narrow closet, and then fit in the new one, with a slightly wider circumference, in the same spot. At one point, I remarked, "I'm surprised I'm not hearing a lot of F-bombs from you guys.....this seems very complicated." They both looked at me extremely seriously, and said, "Oh, we don't do that, this is nothing." So, you have to admire and trust professionalism like that. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent service. Gave me some guidance about replacement options once the fireplace was removed. excellent attenton to safety related to turning main gas line on nd off.

I called after 6pm on a Friday night and Steve got back to me by phone on Monday even though Huricane Sandy had just occorued and he had a crazy busy day. I was impressed already when he said he could come by in the morning the next day. He arrived on time with his assisant and they set right to work. The problem was three leaking faucets; A kitchen faucet, an upstairs bathroom sink faucet and a bath faucet. All of them were problem children, especially the bathroom sink, which has an original faucet from the 1930's or 40's. He repaired all there faucets and even went to the extra length of driving to the plumbing supply house in Watertown to try to get parts for the the old faucet on the same day, in order to finish the work. He did a very nice job and left the place clean and tidy. He also kindly gave me a good discount on the bill for being a first time customer and I think to help me out with the big bill. I would definetly reccomend him to anyone trying to find a good plumber, who is punctual, professional and responsive.

I called Gary and he was out the next day to give me an estimate. Since my first floor unit had stuff coming up from all of the sinks and tubs it was a job that needed to be done right away. He was out the next day to do the work. He did the work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely call them again.

Steve is a man of his word. His quote was his final price. All anticipated work...and then some was completed. Pride and professionalism were evident in the approach from the whole crew. This house is over 100 years old with big heavy cast iron pipes. To get to the pipes they had to get through the old fashioned lath and plaster/horse hair walls. They removed the wall where needed and cleaned up every bit. The work wasn't just about cutting through those pipes but it was doing so without damaging the water lines in the same wall stud space and there were gas lines in the basement that were close to the drains. They found that the pipes were secured with strapping in a number of places that needed to be released. Once the pipes were replaced sluggish pipes farther from the repair needed to be cleaned and the kitchen drain was problematic. All was addressed. From the start they were organized in their approach. They set up a work area for their equipment on the deck. They worked methodically, swiftly and well together. It was clear that they were knowledgable. They will be back later in the week for bathroom work.

I recently purchased a new two family home and during the home inspection, it was brought up that there were a few brass water pipes that had overlapped a copper water line. The touching of the two metals caused some corrosion and the water line had its day. Additionally there were two waste stacks that were corroded also needed to be replaced. In comes Steve. I was right away impressed when he came in to give me an estimate. He took a look at all the problem areas I was concerned about that came up in the inspection, and then asked if I really wanted to do all the work. He showed me what HAD to be done and then showed and explained to me what I didn't really need to get done right away. Steve is a straight shooter and I felt comfortable hiring Steve to do the critical work of replacing the water line and one of the waste stacks. He promptly showed up on time around 8 am with one of his partners and they wasted no time at all getting to business. Steve originally said that it may be a two day project, but he ended up working later into the evening and got all the work done in one day and left the place as clean as he came in. After he finished, he showed me what he did, and he far exceeded my expectations. He not only replaced the problem water lines and waste pipe, but also took it upon himself to install shut off valves so that I can shut off just about every water fixture in the house individually. He explained to me that it was better to have these shut off valves in case I ever need to do work on an individual piece in the kitchens or bathrooms, this way we do not have to interrupt our water supply if work ever has to be done in the future. He also replaced the old faucets for the washing machines, a new water faucet for the outside garden hose and because he does heating systems as well, he showed me how to regulate my particular heating system. I would highly recommend hiring Steve as I will be sure to use him in the future! I have already recommended him to our friends for minor work in their house as well.

Steve was awesome. I called the day before a washing machine was scheduled to arrive. Steve said to call when the delivery guys were on their way, so he could be here soon after the machine arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery guys did not call until after 4:00 PM on a Friday. I called Steve, who said he was stuck in traffic but would come as soon as he was able. He called again at 5:30 to make sure the machine had arrived, and confirm his plans. At 6:30 on a Friday evening Steve showed up. In less than 30 minutes he had the machine running. There were several installation possibilities which he explained, and we went with the most convenient, cheapest option. I really appreicate that Steve kept his word, worked hard and fast, and I will definitely ask him back.

He came the same day and finished the project in just a couple hours, even though there were a couple snags. Will hire again.
