"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

We do mainly Baths, Kitchens and Basements renovations, starting with demolition and delivering a final product, including carpentry, electric, plumbing, tiling, painting and cabinets installation. "These guys were fantastic. We had replaced our kitchen tile without using Angi’s two years ago. They did a terrible job, not lining the tiles properly, not grouting properly, and they didn’t remove the issues at the base of the tiles, so overtime our tiles were cracking. The contractor had promised us he’d come back to finish the grouting when he left in Friday, but asked for payment. New homeowner mistake, I paid him. He never responded to my messages after that. ALV came in the same day I posted on Angi’s, gave a reasonable quote, and then bought the tiles we were looking at the next day. 3 days later, the project is complete, the grout finished, everything looks fantastic. 10/10 would use these guys again."
