Job exceeded all my expectations

The service went fine. We had to pay extra. It was like $400 more. The work they did is quality workmanship. They have good communication. He was late when he said he was going to do it. He originally said he was going to do it in four weeks and it turned out to be six.

I had a big project with Justin, and he and Mark did a great job. Justin is a very good professional, very responsible for his work. He offered me some new ideas for the design and it was very appropriate. As a result all project came out very nice, and we are satisfied. Justin and Mark are very nice, responsive and friendly persons. I would highly recommend their services.

Everything looks fantastic! The job started a little later than initially planned due to weather and scope impacts of previous projects, but Justin kept me informed and once the job started, the team was totally focused, so the job got down quickly and with minimal impact to me. They did great work, and I love the results!

Justin was very professional and did a phenomenal job. The job was done in record time of about two and a half days. He went above and beyond what we expected for our patio and the steps came out nice as well. We were very pleased with the job and how easy it was to work with Justin. We will most likely be working with Justin for future projects!

Justin and his crew were great to work with and very quick. In a little over 6 days they excavated for and laid a 300 SF +/- paver patio, created a field stone stacked wall with steps and a grill pad. They were on site early everyday and transformed my backyard in under a week. I'd certainly use them again and would recommend them.

I have worked/contracted with numerous contractors in the last 2 years and Justin and his company is among the most professional and the best service provider. Justin and his team was very friendly, attentive to detail and delivered excellent craftsmanship for my patio (a large size one). Justin made good recommendation on the design, listened to our requests carefully and went extra steps to complete the job. Everything came out so nice and above our expectation. Justin communicated project timeline, pricing and materials really well. Justin also kept us informed with any delay due to weather in time for planning purpose and clean up really well when the job is done. I definitely would hire him and his team again and would HIGHTLY!!!! recommend him. BWT, Justin did the job himself so we felt so confident to move forward with the contract initially. We were satisfied with what we saw toward the end so that we ended up requesting extra works to expand the size of the patio larger than originally planned.

We were looking to install a new walkway across our front yard from our steps to driveway and found the coupon on Angie's List. Prior to purchase Justin came out to discuss the job since it required some leveling and digging. We bought the deal that day and communication from then until after installation has been fantastic. Justin's crew dug out the path and then installed the walkway over three days. It came out better than we hoped and is a huge plus to our home. Justin was easy to communicate with, went above expectations in every way, and left us with a fantastic end result. We'd absolutely hire him again and highly recommend his services.

I could not be more satisfied; Justin is thorough, respectful and highly skilled in his trade. His attention to detail and desire to do the job as though it was his own home is obvious. He and Mark have work really well together. After seeing the quality of the job and how easy it is to work with Justin I will be enlisting his services again soon to put in a retaining wall. I highly recommend Justin and Mark for any walls or walkway projects.

Perfect. Walkway is beautiful. Justin was professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. He answered my questions thoroughly and offered suggestions. The final product looks absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be happier. One thing I really appreciated and that made the process so smooth was his communication. He was scheduled to start on a Thursday but since the weather wasn't cooperating (LOTS of rain), he proactively reached out to let us know he would be pushing by a day. I had assumed, but I really appreciated him contacting me. He showed up bright and early and got to work right away. Project was completed in a day and a half. Great experience all around.

I bought a big deal for a patio installation. Justin was very professional and did a terrific job. Initially I was proposed a date in May for a start date. However, spring came early this year and I have a completed patio on April 1! I highly recommend Northeast Hardscape and Masonry and will use again in the future when the need arises.

We called to get a quote and Justin came out the following day. He was professional and knowledgable and quoted us on the spot. As soon as the snow melted he came out and installed both the walkway and patio. After he already started we decided we wanted to make the patio even bigger and he was happy to dig out the extra area and take on a bigger project than originally expected. The walkway and patio look great and everything was cleaned up after. We would definitely recommend this company!

I called Justin on a Saturday morning and he was able to come out and give me a quote that afternoon. He was very friendly and professional when he came out to meet with me. He explained in great detail exactly what he would be doing and the materials he would need to get. He told me the job would take him about a week to a week and a half depending on the weather. I told him I would need a few days to think about it. When I finally got back to him, He was able to work me into his schedule in a very timely manner and he completed the job in exactly the amount of time he said it would take him. I am extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the fine craftsmanship that was used to create this walkway. I am going to be contacting Justin again in the spring to do a set of steps for the front of my house. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family!

I highly Recommend Northeast Hardscape for any masonry work without any reservations whatsoever. From first contact, Justin was great to deal with and very responsive. He came out to provide an estimate within a day or two after we connected He estimated the job to take four days, and it did. He started the job and finished it exactly as he said he would without starting multiple jobs like other contractors sometimes do. Justin was so knowledgable, we took a chance and left the actual design creativity up to him. Boy, he did not disappoint us. Neighbors, even those we have yet to meet have been stopping by to compliment the work and ask for Northeast Hardscape's contact information. Justin is meticulous, creative and responsible.
