run for your life. This guy is completely unprofessional. He pitched it towards my house and now I have major water problems. He forgot to put stairs in. He refuses to fix anything and told me he is done doing business with me. He left the job completely unfinished. do not hire this company, I don’t know how this guy is still in business

We had a patio installed by Justin and his crew. To begin with Justin's communication with me was superb. He was incredibly responsive. When the project started he and his crew arrived early, worked steady and tirelessly until the patio was completed. We are pleased with the quality of work. Justin and his crew cleaned everything up when they were done. We found Justin dependable and professional. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with Justin.

I can't say enough about Justin and his team. He added on a patio to an existing walkway, installed a firepit, and finished off a retaining wall. Justin is extremely professional, communicated very well throughout the entire project, and his prices are very reasonable. He did an excellent job matching the new paves to the existing pavers, which is not an easy job. I have already received so many compliments on my new patio and several neighbors asking me who did the work. I would highly recommend Northeast Hardscapes and Masonry!

My fiancé and I reached out to Justin for help when our previous arrangement for cutting the excess pavers on our patio fell through. Having seen his company's beautiful hardscape through Everything Mansfield, I knew that Northeast Hardscape & Masonry was capable of this small job, what I didn't expect was the amazing customer service, professionalism, and kindness that we found once we reached out to Justin. He was extremely responsive and sympathetic to our situation, and within a few days he had one of his employees, Mark, out to our house to cut the pavers we needed. In less than an hour, Mark made our backyard project square with clean edges. He also gave us pointers for finishing the job and advise for final touches. I will recommend Justin, Mark, and Northeast Hardscape & Masonry to anyone in need of a hardscape project, and we expect to use them in the future.

Justin and his crew were friendly, professional and great to work with, even on a small one-day job like mine. When Justin visited to appraise the work and provide a quote, he immediately grasped what we needed and made some additional recommendations for power-washing and adding some better walkway lighting. There was a bit of a delay getting to the job, as he got busy over the summer, but the work was done in the amount of time and at the cost estimated. They added additional support for the paver blocks on the stairs to prevent loosening again in the future. Very happy with our choice and would call them again for more work in the future.

Justin and his crew installed a beautiful walkway and light post. It came out exactly how we envisioned it and then some. Justin is an extremely nice guy and is all about making the customer happy. Excellent workmanship and professional. We wanted to have our driveway redone in pavers. Justin showed us many options and ideas. We changed our choice of paver style many times before picking the right style for our house. Justin was very helpful (and patient) in helping us select the right design and combination of pavers. He is a true craftsman! - he custom cut a compass in-lay into the middle of the driveway that we showed him from a catalog picture. It went great!The walkway is beautiful and the stairs are installed well. I had pavers for the walkway and salt and pepper granite stone for the stairs.

Justin and his crew did an excellent job. I had 2 concrete steps leading to my house capped with granite, ledge stone on the sides and a walkway put in with Casanova pavers. They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They completed the project much quicker than expected! Justin was also always very prompt with his email responses which was appreciated. Its rained hard lately and there was no pooling anywhere on the walkway. The job site was left clean when they were done. I would gladly recommend them to a friend and would hire him again in the future.

Justin and his crew did a amazing job on my new walkway. I cant even stop looking at it because it really is beyond what I expected. Justin's attention to detail and perfectionism shines through. But what really surprised me was that when Justin and the crew where done, you would of never known they where there, because they cleaned up everything so well that all you can see is the beautiful job he did. Northeast showed on when they promised they would. Was very responsive to requests to on the go changes to the scope of work. Kept us informed pretty much every day. And just as important as showing up on time - being done when they said they would be done! The job was satisfactory and we are pleased with it!

Professional from start to finish !!!! From the very first time we meet Justin we knew we wanted him for the job. Very responsive to our requests during the estimate and during the job. Justin and his partner veneered our fireplace and built a hearth for us. Justin and his partner did a phenomenal job. In addition, the job only took few days. Justin is communicative, did exactly what he said he was going to do, excellent price, and cleaned up after the job. The guys also laid down cloths to protect our floors. Perfect Professsional And worked through 4th of July

The work completed was excellent. Justin communicated very well, and was very quick to get back to me with any answers to questions I had. The wall looks amazing and Justin and his team went so far as to relocate a downspout of mine so that it no longer draped over the retaining wall. All in all I am incredibly pleased with the work and would definitely use Justin's services again.

It took Justin a long time to get to my job because he is very busy. However, I was very pleased with the quality of his work, and his flexibility to add on other small jobs without giving me a hassle. He was a nice guy and was easy to work with. His price was fair. I would certainly hire him again.

We had tried for months to find someone in our area willing to come and give us a quote, we kept getting told we were a "small job", so companies did not want to give us their time. I reached out to Northeast Hardscape and Masonry after finding here on Angie's list and Justin got back to me almost immediately, and he came out and gave us our quote. He was very professional, always willing to answer any questions we had. The price seemed very reasonable for what we needed, especially for granite. We worked through email a lot, which was great for our busy life. Justin was great at communicating and keeping us up to date on the timeline. It took about 3 days from start to finish.
