Northeast Hardscape & Masonry

We had tried for months to find someone in our area willing to come and give us a quote, we kept getting told we were a "small job", so companies did not want to give us their time. I reached out to Northeast Hardscape and Masonry after finding here on Angie's list and Justin got back to me almost immediately, and he came out and gave us our quote. He was very professional, always willing to answer any questions we had. The price seemed very reasonable for what we needed, especially for granite. We worked through email a lot, which was great for our busy life. Justin was great at communicating and keeping us up to date on the timeline. It took about 3 days from start to finish. I would highly recommend Northeast Hardscape and Masonry to anyone I know. The finished product exceeded our expectations and is BEAUTIFUL !!

Beautifully. We went with natural stone and Justin broke them up so that they were all different sizes and then fit them together with a natural uncut edge. He worked for four days straight, cleaned up any excess, and roped it off. He let us know that we should stay off of it for 3 days so that the sand composite between stones could set properly.

We had a complex job completed on an antique home. Justin was incredibly responsive and patient throughout the process and did an outstanding job. The completed patio, staircases and walkways are a beautiful additon to our home, blending in perfectly with the existing masonry and surroundings. Justin was careful and meticulous in his work, working with us at every stage to be sure that the job was completed to our specifications. He was willing to adapt the job as it developed to be sure that we were happy with project. He dilligently kept us updated on his work and schedule as the job went on, always showing up when expected and assuring we knew what to expect. He did his best to keep the area clear and clean throughout the project, so that we were inconvenienced as little as possible throughout the job. We cannot recommend Justin highly enough. We will use him again for any future projects. We are thrilled with the final results.

Justin is the consummate professional. His work is impeccable. He gave me the best price (from multiple quotes) on a recent patio and fire pit. He communicated with me throughout the project, including scheduling to completion. He texted me daily updates on his work. He was extremely clean. He showed up promptly for the job and completed it well ahead of schedule. I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years and my biggest frustration is always communication. Justin goes out of his way to keep you informed throughout the process. I also admire Justin for his honesty. My patio ended up being slightly smaller than the size in his initial quote. I would never had known of the size difference. Justin called me about the size change and provided me a discount on the materials. He is a true professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Justin and Northeast Hardscapes. They are great.

Justin, Mark and crew were phenomenal. They came in and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were very professional and courteous. They did a HECK of a job. They even went above and beyond extending the walkway by about a foot. They take extreme pride in there work, and although we had a few good stormy days, they managed to stay in touch and get the job done in a timely manner. I can't wait to rebuild my retaining wall, I know they will tackle that and get it done perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone.

Justin and Mark did a great job. We contacted Northeast Hardscape and Masonry after our previous landscaper abandoned us halfway through our projects. Although it was the height of the landscaping season, Justin, the owner of the company, responded quickly to our request for an estimate. We were pleasantly surprised when he said he would be able to do the work within a very reasonable time. He and Mark showed up when they said they would; they were professional, friendly, conscientious. and very hardworking. In short, they did a terrific job and the results are superb. We should also mention that many neighbors have stopped by to compliment us on our new walkway -- that says a lot about the quality of their work. We could not be happier with the results and will certainly hire them if have any future hardscaping needs.

Justin arrived early, which was perfect. He looked over the fireplace and the new doors. He decided to install the doors right then. He is very professional and qualified. It took him about 1 hr and he charged a very reasonable price. We are 100% satisfied!

An initial setback unrelated to the masonry work being done, rotted sill. Justin really hung in there with me; some preparation work done, then wait for the carpenter. He was back on schedule and got everything done on time and on budget. Northeast Hardscape & Masonry was responsive and good to work with.

Serviceman showed up on time, very pleasant, and appeared to be well trained to do the job. Was able to have the work completed within one week of booking the appointment. Very satisfied with the work.

Work was completed as promised. Rain caused first application of paint to buckle and peel - Justin came and fixed it within a week as promised. Looking good now!

Perfect Justin came out and started and finished the patio over the 4th. Hot and steamy, and finished in 2 days. Professional and good people.

This is my third home so I've dealt with my fair share of contractors that quote high and deliver mediocre quality. Justin is a true PERFECTIONIST who quoted us a fair and reasonable price but delivered some of the highest quality work I've ever seen. He was professional, courteous, easy to work with, responsive, and gave us an outdoor space that looks like a million bucks. He put in a 600+ square foot paver patio with firepit in three days, and it looks incredible. On top of that he brought in crushed stone around the edges and under our sun room at no extra charge. I would absolutely recommend Justin to anyone, and I plan on hiring him for future projects. Top notch work and a quality individual.

Justin had a great team of workers. Overall rating would have been A's overall save for some "finishing" requirements that were outstanding as Justin was called away to another job. Upon informing Justin of the issues he immediately responded and remediated, apologizing; however, it was a pity this oversight sullied an otherwise excellent job done. Justin employed a licensed electrician for the electrical installation and resulted in a great job.

Justin was unbelievably responsive via text, email, or phone. Very friendly, courteous, diligent, and hard-working.

Two people came out and it took them a day.
