Description of Work: I purchased kitchen tile flooring from Village Carpet. The folks at the store were wonderful - very attentive and helpful. I believe the gentleman who did the actual installation was contracted by them to do so (versus their employee). The quality of his work was good, but he had a very gruff personality - thus the B for professionalism.

Description of Work: I had carpeting installed in a family room, stairs, hallway and a small bedroom. My problem is with the installation. Carpeting in the family room, hallway and small room has buckled. I called them back once and they fixed the problem in the family room but it buckled again. I am now replacing the carpeting but will not use Village Carpet again.
