Joe and John were very meticulous in doing all the pre-measuring all the way through the construction, including the very meticulous finish work, which I need to give a shout out to Joe who is an excellent finish carpenter. Valerie was very informative when she came and gave us an estimate and was very responsive with any questions we had. The owner Pierre is very hands-on which was a very nice touch from a customer experience aspect. we had a couple tricky areas in the kitchen and due to their knowledge and experience, and they’re fine attention to detail every aspect of of the job far exceeded our expectations. we would highly recommend them and would like to thank all the crew for doing such a great job for us"

Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"We hired Di Orio Builders & Designers to completely replace our lower gutters as well as to scrape and re-paint some exterior trim on the front and back of the house that had been peeling and exposing wood to the elements. We were having difficulty in finding a company willing to take on a smaller job like this, and so we were glad DiOrio agreed to take this project and complete both the needed gutter work and exterior painting. We couldn't be happier with the results of their work as well as how quickly they were able to finish. Our new gutters and the paint work look great. The gutters were installed properly and securely with screws, and are a big improvement over what we had previously. We were also very happy with how well they matched the colors for both the gutters and trim, which shows their attention to detail. It was very clear to us throughout the project that Di Orio takes a lot pride in the high quality of the work that they do. The cost was also within our budget and much more reasonably priced compared to other estimates we received.
