The actual appointment went well and he is compiling the information and sending me a quote for tear out and install of a new roof and gutters. It took a while for us to make the appointment mostly due to the weather. Overall, I was pleased.

I have yet to hear from the provider. The provider did call me prior to my moving to Florida for the winter. I forgot and it was my mistake. I contacted the provider on this day in late May and he will honor the Angie's list offer. The provider did respond to my inquiry immediately, both in January and in May. I would recommend this provider from what I've experienced so far.

There were minor repairs needed for the roof but we decided to defer these repairs until next year.

I purchased the inspection service on May 5,2013. Starting May 28, 2013, I emailed, texted and telephoned Jeremiah Nash, a dozen or more times, in an effort to schedule an appointment. On August 28,2013, I texted him "We've paid Angie's list for a roof inspection. If you are too busy to perform the service, please reimburse the fee. A representative from Angie's List has followed up and is aware the service has not been completed. A courteous reply would be appreciated". A woman called and scheduled a 9/4/2013 appointment. He came to the house, spent 45 minutes on our roof, said he would email a complete report of his findings. We never received the report or any other communication from him.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out good. They did the job and they were on time. They gave me a quote and we negotiated a little bit. I didn't go up my roof to take a look. They gave me a before and after photo which I thought was neat.They seemed to be reliable. It was a father and son and I trusted them and I would use them again. Hopefully I will not need to use them again because hopefully they fixed my roof. The price was fair. I paid like $150. They did something for about $800, we took out the $150, and that's the deal. It was a good deal. They were on time, they were pleasant, they were polite and professional and I would use them again.

Never came after several calls and booked an appointment. |Finally after months they showed up and never gave the report. |Terrible.

It was okay. They came out within a few days of purchasing the deal. They cleaned up when they were finished.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very nice. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They wrote up the report and sent it to me. It was he and his son. They didn't try to add any extra costs or anything so it was a good experience.

They showed up on tiem and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and made sure to clean up after themselves. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend using this company.

The Nashes are incredibly knowledgeable and seem to have a great deal of integrity. I was very pleased with them, and I was happy to find they only deal with quality materials.

They came, they saw, and they evaluated. It was awesome. I would recommend them to others. Thye had an incredible report with pictures.

They stayed in touch. It took awhile for them to come out due to weather. They were very nice to work with. I've haven't had any issues so far.

It took a couple of e-mails and calls just to get them here. After it took so long, I went back and I looked at some of the comments and there's a number of comments about their punctuality and showing up. If it's a big job, it's big money and they're there. If not, they blow a lot of people off. I'm still waiting for them to do it. The communication there is just terrible. They're just atrocious. They're listed as A rating and there's a number of people who's had similar experiences. It took 2 and half months to get a price from them. He came out and gave me a quote. He said he'd e-mail me something that night or I would have it the next day and it took over 2 and a half months to get it. When I had a question and asked for some more information on it after a few days, they have ignored me. It's probably one of the worst experience I've had. The price was high. They won't give me additional information that I requested. Their excuses are false, there's no truth why they can't be here or why they can't do stuff. He should be knocked down as far as his ratings go.

They came out immediately to examine the roof. Very professional. They never sent an estimate, however. I would still like the work done but need an idea of cost.

The roof inspection and written report were fine, delivered on time. The Nashes (father and son) were very nice, and did the roof inspection themselves, but the repairs were done by other people. They took care in really finding the site of the leak in our roof. We had asked for a ceiling repair, and instead got a whole new ceiling, just put up over the old one. The workers that they used refused to help us move furniture, after we were told that they would, they would not keep the door closed, which we had requested, and one of my cameras was missing when thety left. The other thing that I didn't like was that we were required to pay in cash. For the second job, the responsiveness was not quite as good, the scheduling was more difficult, and the cost was much higher. We had talked with them about another job, but the never returned our phone calls, so we went with another company.

I took advantage of their roofing deal and have been extremely happy with the results. They showed up on the day they promised. Removed the old roof which was the original roof, 49 years old. They installed a new roof system which gives us a 50 year warranty. The crew was very professional, no profanity or smoking while on the property. They did a great job protecting the landscaping and a very thorough cleanup. They completed the roof that day and the dumpster was gone the next day. Jeremiah Nash spent most of the day there insuring the job went smoothly. Took longer to get the chimney done since some of the bricks needed replacing and Jeremiah had to find bricks that would match the existing color. He replaced the bricks and repointed the rest of the chimney. While the work was being done he also fixed the door bells and replaced the security light which was not part of the work order. I think it was really great that he would do this extra work with no additional charge.

The big problems were scheduling and communication. I thought that we were set for a Friday, and had taken the day off. When no one showed up, I made several phone calls and was told that I needed to make a down payment and pick out the shingles. They thought I had been sent an email detailing this, but I never received it. So we re-scheduled for the following the Tuesday. Again, I took the day off, but they called to say it was raining and we needed to re-schedule. I cannot fault them for the rain, but I could not take another day off. They told me I did not have to be at home, so they came when I was at work. It was uncomfortable for me not to be present, but they did install the roof in one day. It looks good, we've had some rain, no torrential downpours, but we have had rain and there have been no problems with the roof. Because of all the scheduling problems, it was a couple of days before they returned to clean up. This was inconvenient, because I could not use my garage until they returned. Again, the roof is fine, it was just the scheduling problems that concerned me. In general, I think Angie's list could do a better job with regards to service territory. This contractor is located in Randolph. My house is in Framingham. With the first contact, I asked if Framingham was in their service territory and they said yes. In hindsiight, I should have known better. The day they cancelled due to rain, it was sunny in Framingham, but raining in Randolph. The distance made a difference. In the future, I will not do business with contractors more than 20 miles away. Another lesson learned would be to ask about the size of the dumpster. The one they put in my driveway was so big, it took up half the driveway. It was less than half full at the completion of the work, so I don't think it was necessary to use such a big dumpster.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal which provided a detailed roof inspection and a $150 credit applied to repairs. (The cost of service provided in this review is after the applied discount.) Jeremiah Nash met me in April and conducted the roof inspection. He verbally explained to me what he found and showed me digital photographs to help me understand what needed to be done. He followed up, via email, with an electronic report, including plenty of color digital images of my roof. He explained that the roof was in good condition overall, and needed some minor repair, for which an estimate was provided. I sat on the estimate for a number of months. During this time, the provided did follow up with me via email to see if I wanted to act on the repairs. I never felt any pressure to act. I finally contacted the provider in September to schedule the repairs. Jeremiah and two employees arrived to do the repairs. I provided the shingles from spare stock. Jeremiah is personable and enthusiastic about his work. When the job was done, he took the time to answer a few questions I had about the roof and gutters. I would do business with the company again.

They did a good job with the inspection but they never got back with me for the written report. We did communicate via email a few times and the inspector said he turned it in, but I still have not seen the final product. The guy that came out was professional. I would use them again if they give me a report but I still have not seen that.

It worked out okay with exception of they were really hard to get a hold of. They came out and did a good job and were very responsive then but it was very hard to connect with at the offset. It seemed they were challenged in responding. The price was good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was so-so. He was very busy so it took him a long time to get here even though he tried hard. They were supposed to give me a roof and gutter report but I never got it. I just paid the price of the Big Deal. They were very earnest and they like to please but I wouldn't use them again.

We currently have a leaky roof. I bought the inspection to figure out what is causing it - the roof is only 2 and 1/2 years old - After the initial contact - sent a number of messages back and forth through the Angies' List message center... The last appointment was for this past Friday but they were a no show. Did not call or send a text saying they weren't coming (previously postponed two other visits). Left a message on the business number Friday night - I guess it is a holiday Monday in the Boston area because I haven't heard back from anyone. I am expecting that I will hear something now that I have written this review. I will updates my ratings after I hear more. Honestly everything was working smoothly - I don't know what happened. I had this all written on Monday and figured, let it sit and I would hear from them ... no luck left two messages and still no response. I guess the good news for me at least their voice mail is no longer full ... maybe I will hear soon.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went very good. This was the first time that we used them. The poor kid got stung by a hornet, so they sprayed the hornet's nest for me.

It went well--roof is reportedly in good condition.

I am beyond disappointed. Jeremiah came to my house on 7/3/13, very late in the afternoon although he was supposed to be there by 11. I can excuse that. What I can not excuse is that it is now mid-September, I have no roof inspection report, and I have emailed with him and/or called over 6 times. The last reply from him was July 31st when he told me his office sent the report. This was clearly a lie as I have no report and I told him to please send it again. If the report were written, it would be easy to just send again. I have a roof leak that I need to contact an insurance agency about plus I need to re-do a roof. I needed this inspection report for our condo association meeting and the insurance claim plus I need to get three estimates and this was going to be one of them. This whole situation has put me back 2 months now in the process as I have to begin again. Jeremiah is clearly knowledgable and I would have possibly gone with his company for the work but due to his lack of response, that is now not going to happen.
