The gutters were never cleaned. I know for a fact because I just clean them my self recently and there was tons of debris in there. Especially the gutters with the gutter guards. There was not report given about the status of the roof and gutters. All they did was drop a business card off in the mailbox to let us know they came by. We were not there at the time so I had no idea of they even went up on the roof. It could have been

The inspection was fine, the estimate was high.

The work was done just fine. But it was three weeks before we heard from Nash. And another month before the job was done.

The work that they did was good. I would recommend them.

I purchased the $59 roof inspection with a $150 credit towards repairs. No service was provided. Difficult to get a hold of for scheduling. I need the work done now and can no longer wait. No work or estimate was ever given so I can't judge their work. Communication issue: Initially they contacted me within three days by email with some questions and I answered right away. I emailed them several days later when they never got back to me. They answered the email asking for available dates. That same day, we had a serious family health emergency and I didn't answer for two weeks, that was my issue, not theirs. I sent them another email asking them to call so we could arrange an appointment. No response came. I left some messages which were never returned. So, I asked for a refund. I can no longer wait, I must get the problem fixed ASAP.

We scheduled a roof inspection for May 10. The provider never showed up. I asked them to re-schedule and gave two other dates. They did not respond. How do I get a refund?

The whole process went very well. Mr. Nash came on time to do the inspection. Then, gave me an estimate when requested, and did the work quickly and efficiently. He gave us some advice on the matching of the color of the roof with the color of our house that proved to be very helpful. The new roof is beautiful. His workers were mindful of the scrubs and plants to the best of their abilities when removing the old roof material, and were fast and efficient with installing the new roof in 90+ degree weather! It was particularly helpful that he kept us informed of any wear and tear discoveries that were uncovered during installation, and made suggestions for solving them. He returned after the next big rain storm to see if everything was OK, and sent a small crew to clear out a downspout that was not working properly. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend Nash and Sons to any one looking for a great roofing contractor and a decent price.

I was impressed with the immediate response from the Michael F Nash & Sons Inc asking me for dates that I would be available, which info.I provided. But, after that, even after successive tries to get them to respond there is stony silence from the other end. I am at my wits ends. Please help, or if you can't please cancel the service. They charged $59 for an Angie’s deal. They came out and looked at my roof but they never gave me a report even if I asked for it several times. They came three months ago. I sent emails but they never answered me. They used to answer me before they came. I want to get my money back but they don’t respond. I contacted them three times. The last email I got from them, they said they already sent me the report thru email but I never got that email.

Provider cleaned gutters, but didn't do the downspouts, which one was clogged, and so the service was not very effective. Provider also left tools behind, and I'm not sure they ever picked them up.

I contacted Michael F Nash Roofing they took months to return my calls. They came, got on roof and never gave me my report after a year of asking! Terrible service and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Their man came out and did an inspection in early March and said the report would be e-mailed. On April 2, I e-mailed asking where the report was. The same day, Nash e-mailed saying he'd already sent it. I replied same day it hadn't arrived and asked him to be sure to send it to the same e-mail we were using. On April 3, I e-mailed it still hadn't arrived. No response. On April 29, I said no report received and that I wanted my $59 back. No response as of today May 11. Guess I'm ripped off. I want my money back.

Called twice to have him come out and inspect our roof. Twice didn't show up for appointment that my husband left work early for to be home for nor did he call. We had to contact him and gave excuses both times and said he would reschedule, we said no thanks.

I emailed in January after purchasing the certificate to let them know we won't be scheduling anything until April. I reached out in March to schedule the work to be completed on 4/21. I reached out again on 4/7 and did receive a response, but have heard nothing since (emailed again on 4/16 and 4/21).

They did exactly what I asked them to do for me. They were very professional. The scheduling was easy and they were out within a reasonable amount of time.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They were able to complete the work quickly. They were very nice and did a great a great job cleaning the gutters. However, they were trying to us sell a new a roof after we just had it replaced. They were telling us that our roof was not sloped properly.

Upon inspection Jeremiah determined that our roof was generally in great shape; but there were some areas of concern that needed to be addressed. First, our chimney was showing signs of age and wear and so he brought in a mason to repoint the bricks and repair the concrete cap. He, also, resealed the plumbing vent pipes. Second, Jeremiah and his crew addressed the situation that led my wife and I to consult a roofing specialist in the first place. A year or two prior to our family acquiring the house, the previous owners had installed a new roof on the property. The roofer that had done the job used an odd approach; and for reasons that can't seem to be explained, that roofer did not cut a ridge vent so the house was not "breathing" properly. Jeremiah and his team removed the old cap shingles (some of which were in the midst of failing) and properly vented the ridge of our roof. Jeremiah explained that with the ridge properly vented, we should notice a marked difference in the efficiency of our central air conditioning system this summer. While that does remain to be seen (It's early April as I type this), the assessment matches up with the HVAC specialist who installed our system and originally alerted us to the lack of proper venting on our roof. Working with Michael and Jeremiah was a great experience. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable and very reliable. While my wife and I certainly hope we won't have further need of roofing services any time soon, we would not hesitate to hire Nash & Sons again. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had a great experience working with them.

They were okay. They had to reschedule a couple of times. They came late, but when they did come, they were very good, knowledgeable and thorough. They said they would give me a report in a week, but two weeks went by and I haven’t heard from them. I will probably not use their services again. Their timeliness and being prompt were negative for me. The report took longer than I expected.

Met with Jeremiah from Michael Nash & Sons. He and a colleague came to our house and conducted a THOROUGH inspection of our entire roof. They took pictures and walked on the roof to examine all areas of a previous roof job we had 5 years ago. We had begun to experience bad leaks in the kitchen and den as a result of improper sealing and poor installation. Jeremiah showed my husband the photos he had taken and explained what was wrong. A few days later we received a highly detailed and professional estimates for a. repairing the biggest problems; or b. an entire new roof (as asked). Were were pleased by his obvious love of his work and the professional manner in which he explained what was needed to us. We do plan to go ahead with one of the options; just haven't decided yet, and today I called him for an estimate on garage repairs. We look forward to working with them and expect a quality job. Will post again once the work is complete.

He was awesome. He was punctual; he set up an appointment for a particular time. Overall, we had a good experience. His price was good too.

The communication was easy and friendly. There was only one caveat as we were expecting some roof inspection but the company does not service terra cotta tile roofs - most gutter cleaning companies don't in their service summary. No service provided.

It was fine. He came in, did the inspection, and e-mailed the report yesterday. It took a while for him to e-mail us the report, but everything else was fine.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for gutter cleaning on the June 3rd 2013. I emailed and left a voicemail to schedule it. I called several more times over the next 6 days, never reaching a human being, then got a refund from Angie's list on June 12th, 2013. On June 13th, Jeremiah Nash emailed me, apoligized, and blamed lack of communication on being overwhelmed by Angie's List customers. He said he would make it right by providing the gutter cleaning for free. I let him know I'd like the free cleaning in the fall. Many ignored emails and excuses later, I still haven't gotten a cleaning from them. I delayed my review because I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. They failed, so hopefully my review can serve as warning to others not to waste their time.

They checked the sided of the roof because not all of our roof had to be done. My husband's first expectation was that they would tell us that it was more than was initially contracted for and he was prepared for that, they did not, which was the first thing that impressed us because we wouldn't have known. The work was very excellent. They were very responsible, very neat and clean. We're just extraordinarily pleased and we'd be glad to give recommendation. We were particularly impressed because the handyman who does work for us cleaned out the leaves and he was impressed also with the way it was finished and we would be glad to give a verbal recommendation for them to anyone who would one to call us. They were lovely people. We had work done in our house before and we had a lot of damage and assured us there would be none, took care of them, covered things, and nothing was harmed in any way.
