Description of Work: Up to today this company has not provided any service, has cancelled several appointments or simply did not show up and is currently not responding to my emails. I have lost any confidence in this company, so the $150 credit towards any repairs which is included in the big deal is not worth anything for me as I would never ever hire this company again to work for me.

The issue that we had with this Big Deal is that this member just lives too far away for our company. I spoke with Angie's List about this matter and they confirmed with me that this member should not have received the email to buy the Big Deal Roof Inspection Report as he lives so far out of our coverage area. When the member emailed me that he was going to ask for a refund, I explained to him this fact, that Angie's List even confirmed he lived outside our coverage area. I also told him that Angie's List had told him he should get a refund and that it was a mistake he received that email, but he still went ahead and gave a bad review over a mistake.
