Description of Work: Mr. Gentile came to tune our ancient piano - he was very honest (piano in great condition in spite of its age - did not try to convince us of anything being worse than it was!) and did an excellent job bringing this instrument back into full working order. It's a pleasure to hear our kids practicing on it now, and we're very appreciative of the professionalism and skill Mr. Gentile brought to his work.

Description of Work: Louis tuned our piano today, Feb 15, 2016. He was prompt and did a good job. We used him in the past when we first got the piano. In addition to tuning the piano, he repaired the music stand rather creatively. There was a serious crack in it, but you can hardly tell it was there after he worked on it.

Description of Work: Louis was extremely professional and prompt in responding to my needs of getting a Wurlitzer Piano (bought sight unseen) tuned. He was courteous, model professional in responding to my query, but also showed up on time, did the work with no fuss and brought the piano to a great playing condition. All of this was done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Louis for anyone who wants a piano tuner in the state of MA.
