Brian and his team were fantastic. I had them paint the entire exterior of my house, including the trim and the doors. Brian was extremely trustworthy and reliable, offering advice at several points throughout the project that was always in my best interest (not necessarily his). The team was very hardworking and kept the outside of my house clean throughout the entire project. The price was completely reasonable compared to the other quotes that I got and everything came out great. I would fully recommend Brian to anyone who needs a painter.

Brian and his team were wonderful to work with. When Brian came out for the quote, he offered multiple suggestions to reduce future maintenance in high traffic areas; he encouraged us to pursue those ideas even if we didn't hire him, which I thought demonstrated character and professionalism. Brian was responsive and flexible, and was able to accommodate our needs regarding the timeline. Brian and his team were clean and quiet; they left the areas they were working in pristine every day and clearly labeled with "wet paint" signs when needed. Brian's work was high quality and professional. Our entry looks brand new! I would definitely hire Brian again!

Brian responded quickly to my initial inquiry and was quick with scheduling the walk thru to ***** the job. He is excellent communicator that took the time to listen to what we wanted done, asked clarifying questions and made proposals on the spot. He was respectful, punctual and flexible, and within the first few exchanges, even before the estimate arrived, I realized that this is the kind of person I’d like to hire. The estimate he sent for $5305 was within our budget, not the lowest one, and I liked that he explained not only what they’ll do but how they’ll do certain jobs. He explained about 3 different qualities of exterior paints and asked us what type we’d like to use. No other contractor did this. He came on the day before the crew showed up to leave ladders etc. The painters were respectful, always busy, quiet, and worked 7am-3pm. When they’d leave at the end of each day, it was as if no one was there earlier in the day (they vacuum before they leave). It was spotless. They finished the job within 5 days, exactly as Brian estimated, and cleaned up everything behind themselves. It was evident that Brian takes good care of his crew and his customers both, and this is the most pleasant interaction with a contractor we have ever had. We cannot be more pleased, will definitively will hire him again and have recommended him to neighbors. Thank you Brian and team!

Project turned out fine. Bret was very professional. Gave regular updates on his availability as this project was weather dependent. Price was reasonable as it was size dependent. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Brian Kennedy is one the most professional, friendly, and considerate individuals I have ever met. He restored the long neglected back deck and stairs for my 91 year old mother. He was most gracious in his interactions with her. His work and that of his team was of very high quality and completed in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Brian was friendly and professional. His team did an excellent job on all of the trim and walls. We had new raw wood built-in cabinets recently installed around our fireplace and the paint-job is flawless. Brian was knowledgeable about the different qualities of paint and recommended which types be used on various surfaces so I would get the best look for the least amount of money. One of the best decisions I have made as a homeowner was contacting Brian for a painting project in our kitchen. The original wallpaper was dated and peeling, the space felt limited and closed off, and it needed his vision to make it the true “heart of the house.” From the initial contact to the last walkthrough, which was within a span of just four days, he made me and my wife feel like valued customers. The estimate was fair and the workmanship was beyond excellent. Brian met with us every morning to inspect the space and point out what needed to be done to his crew. During these conversations, I got to witness how he interacts with his employees. He genuinely embraces Richard Branson’s philosophy that if “you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.” The two men that performed the job were skilled, diligent, and clean in their work. Kennedy Painting transformed our space from being someone else’s kitchen to our kitchen. I look forward to using Brian’s services again and I will absolutely refer my friends and family to him without reservation.

Brian was so friendly and awesome to work with from the initial quote through the end of our project. His pricing is very fair, especially considering the final product. He scheduled the work around our schedule, which was appreciated w/ 2 young kids at home. He and his crew were perfectionists with all aspects of the job, and left the house completely clean at the end of each day. The wallpaper stripping took longer than expected and Brian still honored the initial quote. We couldn't be happier with his work and will definitely hire him for our next paint project.

Very well!!! They were punctual and did a great job.They asked me what I wanted and they did just that!!!! Once the job was completed, they asked me to check and make sure I was satisfied and I was!!! The walls look perfect,I will definitely call them for any other job in the future!!! They were on time friendly and personalanle. Painted my bathroom that looks amazing. And they cleaned up after themselves.

I was happy most of all that I got a responce because most ignored me as not being worth their while and too small. Brian however stopped by late in the evening the next day on his way home from work. He said that he would do the job himself rather than having a more expensive crew do it because he perhaps knew that I like to keep a very keen eye on my budget. I always like to deal with the boss as well. A few days later, the job was done and I was exceptionally pleased with the outcome and gave him a small gratuity. The room was left spotless which was very important for my position. I recommend him to my friends since.

Brian is amazing! He came recommended from our realtor. What I liked most about working with Brian and ultimately why we chose him is his clear communication and punctuality. When getting quote from others, simply getting a room-by-room breakdown by price was hard. Brian, on the other hand, ALWAYS does what he says he is going to do. On my first call with him, before hanging up, he repeated my request back, in list form. He told me when he would do something and always followed through. I also found him very accommodating. I changed a color after the first coat, and it wasn’t a problem. Alex, one of his workers that was at our house each day, was very nice and professional. They were always on time. They even put up the paint in the basement at the end! At the end of the project, it was no problem that I wanted an extra day to walk through a find any places that needed touch ups. There was only one place that needed a small touch up. Brian doesn’t walk away from a job until you’re satisfied. I will continue to use him for all big paint jobs that I can’t do myself. I can’t recommend him enough! (Also, he was a little cheaper than ALL the other quotes.)

Brian and his team did an amazing job. Brian was very patient, professional and punctual. He walked me through how to choose the best colors for my unit, that made my unit look more modern and updated. Pictures attached. I loved how it came out and appreciated all his hard work!

Our house was in desperate need of exterior paint, and the shingles were in bad shape. We got a lot of estimates, but Brian seemed the most knowledgeable and the most reasonable in terms of cost. He and his crew were very professional and, even better, very responsive to our texts and phone calls (something that is unusual in any contractor). This is the first time we've had to have a house painted, and naturally we had a lot of questions. Brian was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions and offered us aesthetic advice as well, that always ended up being the right thing to do! He even helped us pick out the right stain for our stairs, by buying samples himself and painting examples on different steps. He was also very accommodating when we added a few things to the initial job (replacing a broken window pane, painting/staining our back deck) or changed our minds about other things. The condition of our house and unpredictable weather made the job take longer than expected, but the crew head, Alex, took the time to do everything right. When we had concerns, Brian always addressed them immediately, and those that he couldn't address right away due to weather or other circumstances, he promised to address at a later date. We have found very few contractors that are so flexible and willing to work with the client to get the job done right. We love the way our house looks (as do the neighbors!), and we highly recommend Brian.

Very professional team with outstanding results. Made the decks for our entire condo look brand new and modern. Very reasonable in pricing and very accommodating to our schedules. A job well done, couldn't have asked for better, and will be using them again to paint indoor kitchen cabinets. They also did a terrific job painting my entire unit indoors, and patching the holes on the walls that the electrician had left behind. I was amazed at the results and their efficiency.
