I hired Brian Kennedy and his team to paint the back and front porches of my triplex in Dorchester. This involved three different colors of paint and the use of an oil primer. I solicited other painters to make bids and found Brian's pricing to be very reasonable. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He clearly knows his trade and has put together a very skilled team. The paint job they did is immaculate--better than I expected! Brian and his crew were punctual and professional the whole way through. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future.

I hired Kennedy Painting to paint the trim on my house. Brian was quick to give a quote, was very reasonably priced, showed up when he said he would and the crew did a great job. I referred him to my aunt and uncle for their home. I will absolutely use Kennedy Painting again in the future.

Amazing, it felt like a white-glove experience. We were preparing to sell our two-story condo within a tight deadline without moving all our furniture. While two adults were working from home, Brian and his crew planned the work so our day-to-day at home still met the need. Brian came in every morning to ensure the work met the high-quality bar. My spouse and I hired Mr. Kennedy to get a collection of bright colors selected for our home. Brian was very patient while we worked out the selection and also our finances. He worked with us to find a schedule that could accommodate both parties well and gave us a great deal. When the crew arrived they were incredibly polite, attentive, and responsive to us, and we were blown away by their skill! They were quick and careful with our belongings - not a thing got damaged or accidentally touched by paint. We didn't have to lift a finger which was a huge relief. Brian and his team did an incredible job installing sheetrock and drywall and painting our Boston apartment after a flood. They went above and beyond to make it look way better than before. Brian came to our house and made recommendations last year. This year we decided to paint and stain the entire exterior our house in the three colors that had been last done in 2009. His team came, prepped each area of the house with care and the results are fantastic. They repaired several areas where wooden railings and balusters needed fixing and made sure that the garden areas were protected. The house is brighter and cleaner looking, and the work was done with amazing care. The painters are artists. Brian was on location several times during the job, keeping everything perfect and on track, even with the pauses for rain. The grounds were left in clean and neat order at the end, and we are thrilled with the job.

Brian and his team painted and installed new wallpaper throughout my home. The experience was absolutely perfect, they were courteous, professional and patient. They were able to do the work quickly and did not cut any corners. The pricing for the work done was incredible. Brian himself is a lovely person and even helped me with design guidance and color choices, he is kind and helpful. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Kennedy Painting! Brain (the owner) was very personable and provided excellent customer service. When we walked around my house to going over what work needed to be done, he asked a lot questions and gave me some advice about different projects around the house. He also provided more than one estimate, so that we have different options to which we could choose from. Brian’s crew worked efficiently and did an excellent job with our exterior trim and deck. They scraped, sanded, primed and painted the trim of our house and sanded and painted our deck, not only to make it look better, but to preserve it for years to come. Thank you Kennedy Painting!

Brian Kennedy and his crew have been excellent on three jobs over the past several years (involving two different residential properties in JP). His team has tackled both interior and exterior work for us, including entirely repainting a three-unit triple-decker. Most recently they jumped into a larger home renovation project to help us hit our target completion deadline. Brian and his crew are always efficient, responsive and professional. Working with contractors (and subcontractors) can be stressful and unpredictable. However, Brian and his crew show up on time, communicate clearly on timing and scope expectations, keep their work areas clean and safe, and are extremely reasonable in terms of pricing. We really have no complaints AT ALL. We’d hire them again and we've recommended them to other friends and neighbors.

We hired Brian to paint our downstairs and stairwell. His pricing came in right in the middle of the pack, he was super responsive, and above all he and the crew did an amazing job painting our walls and filling in all the various dents, dings, and holes from the previous owners.

Brian is a straight shooter: he’s friendly and highly communicative, keeping you informed of plans for the job, checking in on his painters daily as they work, checking in with you to make sure you’re satisfied as things progress. If you want the feeling that your job is priority #1, Brian will make you feel it is, even in his busiest season. He’s not the cheapest but his pricing is fair and as always, you get what you pay for. Very pleased with the results of his team’s work - both the painting and the cleanup! Highly recommend.
