I’ve worked with multiple painting crews over the years; Brian Kennedy and his team is the best. Brian is a straight shooter: he’s friendly and highly communicative, keeping you informed of plans for the job, checking in on his painters daily as they work, checking in with you to make sure you’re satisfied as things progress. If you want the feeling that your job is priority #1, Brian will make you feel it is, even in his busiest season. He’s not the cheapest but his pricing is fair and as always, you get what you pay for. Very pleased with the results of his team’s work - both the painting and the cleanup! Highly recommend.

I had my master bedroom, guest bedrooms, hallway and living room painted (ceilings, trim and walls). There was a lot of work to be accomplished and it looks like a completely different home now. I am extremely pleased. The quality of work is impressive and the guys were punctual, respectful and friendly. Such ease of service. Their prices are competitive. Brian and his team, led by Anthony, did an excellent job in repainting my house. I have an older home with cedar shingles that are probably just as old as the house. One side of the house was so bad I considered residing that side or possibly the whole house. The end result was far better than I expected. The pride that the team put into the work they did was noticeable. They stressed the details from prep to finish which led to a very professional result. Brian was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the process. I highly recommend Kennedy Painting.

Brian and his team were excellent to work with! Brian came out and provided a fair quote right away, the team was punctual and neat, and the communication was great throughout the project! We purchased an older home that had a lot of peeling on the exterior shingles and the team was able to thoroughly sand and fix a lot of the aesthetics! I recently purchased an home with asbestos siding that was not looking good. I called Kennedy Painting to ask about painting the asbestos siding. Brian got back to me right away and went to look at the place. He shared his opinion that it wouldn't be worth painting since the siding was in such poor condition, even though that would mean that we didn't need a painter. He put me in touch with a siding contractor that he recommended and got us a quote from the siding contractor. He was very prompt to reply and really went the extra mile to make sure we figured out a good solution for our new home even when he wasn't getting work out of it.

Brian quoted me a fair price for a large job, stuck to the scope and budget, and communicated well throughout. House looks great! Highly recommend.

Brian was great to work with. He was super responsive and his team did a great job. We sourced a lot of quotes for our condo project and Brian was really patient with us throughout the process. He worked within our budget, talked us through a couple different options and did a fantastic job overall. His team was great, they were here on time every day, did really thorough work, and kept the area clean and organized. Brian Kennedy and his crew are a pleasure to work with. We’ve hired them three times, twice on the interior and once on the exterior. We’d hire them again. My husband is a spendthrift perfectionist and I’m more of a slap-dash penny-pincher and somehow he’s managed to make us both happy. Brian and his crew are always efficient, responsive and professional. I find working with contractors in the home frustrating, you are fitting into their schedule and trying to co-exist with 2-3 strangers in and out of your home. However, Brian and his crew are always there when they say, finish when expected, clean-up at the end of the day, and considerate of your home and your family’s schedule. And Brian is not just top coat Irish charm, underneath he’s a solid guy. He’s has talked me out of projects that he thought were unnecessary, although he’d lose out on the business. He genuinely—and professionally—cares.

Brian Kennedy and Mario are the best painters we have ever hired. Brian truly cares about providing you with an end result that you will love for the long term. He helped us determine the scope of work, arranged a color consultation for us, was flexible changes and worked within our timing. The end result was wonderful. He and Mario were very neat and respectful and left our home immaculate. I will hire them again and highly recommend!

This was a great experience. We wanted someone who was going to do an excellent job and Brian and his crew came through. The planning process went smoothly - Brian was pleasant, professional and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. On the job, the crew was very professional. They did everything - we did not have to lift a finger. They started promptly and cleaned up and stowed everything at the end of the day. The finished product was absolutely amazing - like a new house! I was impressed by their attention to detail. I was looking for excellence and Kennedy Painting met my expectations. Brian and his team were great. Not only did they do a great job painting, but Brian had us leave all furniture in place and his team moved it to paint and moved it back in place before we got home. Extremely helpful for those of us that don't have time to be rearranging furniture morning and night. They also assisted determining where some stains were coming from by removing drywall and replacing it, in an awkward area of the ceiling. They repaired and looked like new.
