Description of Work: Words can’t begin to express how fantastic Kennedy Painting is! Brian contacted me right away and immediately came out to inspect the project and gave me a quote within days. The 4 man crew completed the work in 3 days. I live in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. All the walls and ceilings in the dining room/living room area, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were primed and painted with two coats of paint. His crew were so professional and worked so hard each day. I had to beg them to take a break! They were so friendly and extremely respectful of my property. The crew was so neat and took such great care covering the floors and all my furniture. I really appreciated them taking everything off the walls and rehanging after the painting was completed. I never had to lift a finger! They also took extreme care of my furniture and floors, making sure everything was covered. I also appreciated Brian checking in on the crew every day and making sure that the work was proceeding as scheduled and I was happy and completely satisfied. If I could rate Kennedy Painting a million stars, I surely would! They definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be referring this company to all my friends, family and condo association, THANK YOU BRIAN and your FANTASTIC CREW!

Description of Work: I’m so impressed with the professionalism of Brian and his team of painters! They were timely, meticulous, detail oriented and went above and beyond. The team ensured that every inch of my home was perfectly painted. Brian even consulted on colors, provided color books and advised me on items and fixtures to accentuate the new paint colors. He personally supervised and took great pains to enduring my many requests were and questions were addressed. Lastly the rates were beyond fair. The service, price, work quality was A+. I will enthusiastically recommend Kennedy Painting to friends and colleagues.

The crew showed up on time both days and got to work right away. We expected the first project to take two days, but the crew was able to complete in just one day. The team was very professional and took care to protect our furniture and the floors where they worked. We are going to be hiring Kennedy Painting again to do some exterior painting. Overall, this has been the best painting company we have used!

Brian Kennedy and his associate, Jimmy, completed the treating and painting job in one day. The job is excellent. I would highly recommend Kennedy Painting for all your painting needs. They also helped with some handyman jobs that I could not complete on my own. Kudos to Brian and Jimmy. Thank you for your excellent service.

+ 0 moreWe have an older home, 1895, with asbestos shingle siding and wood framed windows which were cracked and peeling. Brian Kennedy and his crew were able to fill, sand and prep all trim and sills to accept paint. We were concerned that we would need to replace the trim which would have potentially caused damage to the asbestos siding. Brian was able to save all of the trim, helping us to avoid more time and cost and maintain details which are original to the home. Asbestos siding has a tendency to fade and we were concerned about the paint coverage as we were changing colors - going with a darker color (red!) than was on the house. Brian tinted the primer and had his crew follow with 2 topcoats. The finish is beautiful, consistent and clean. Brian and his crew, Rich and Jimmy, were a pleasure to work with, very professional and courteous. The price was fair and matched the quote I was given at the start of the job. Materials and equipment were cleaned up and stored out of the way at the end of each work day.
Description of Work: Scrape, prime, paint 1 coat primer, 2 coats finish on exterior of house. Patch, repair, prime and paint all trim and sills.
