Mike was timely, knowlegable, and helpful. Once the old roof was removed, he found that he did not need to install new plywood or insulation. He could have told us differently but he was honest and reduced the price for work not needed. The workers were prompt and cleaned up. Will use him for future projects. Highly recommend!
