Mike K. and his team are amazing. Such a smooth process all the way from initial site visit, to planning meeting, to budget discussions to execution. Pricing was very fair for the work and quality received. Mike is always available to talk, and his very receptive to feed and flexible if changes need to be made. His team works long days to make sure the work is done in a timely manner. VERY satisfied with the work completed. Would hire Mike and team again, no questions asked.

Mike and his whole crew Oscar and his guys were absolutely amazing from sun up to sundown. From coming out on a Sunday morning to look at the job over give me a specific timeline with the most reasonable proposal. I got out of any these guys are top-notch. I have already sent them to referrals and you should check them out too.

I honestly could not be more pleased with Mike and his crew with my recent siding project. From the estimate to job completion everything was perfect. I had several quotes from other providers, all offering much less value then Mike with some things being positioned as add ons. Price was very reasonable, and Mike was very honest and clear about the job. I had my house resided and it came out gorgeous. Mike's team has great attention to detail, my sunporch and other areas had some rotten wood, and the team replaced with new wood before residing. Mike and his team from the quote to the install was A+++++! Once I made my choice of what color shingle to use the wait time to install the new roof was three days!!! AMAZING!! Mike's crew did an outstanding job start to finish, everything went according to plan 100%, finished installing a new roof in one day. Left my property immaculate, even had a couple of guys walking around with a magnetic pickup tool for about an hour to make sure not one nail was left on the ground before they left. I got 4 previous estimates and Mike's price beat them all, highly recommended!

2 years ago we hired Mike to reside our house. This year the roof replacement. We called him for a new roof because we were thrilled with the job done on the siding. It was a no brainer. What a way to run a railroad!! As other reviewers said. Dumpster, cleanup, meticulous workmanship, customer service...all of it exemplary.

I'll start by saying. I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Karales Home improvement was very positive. Get ready for a long one. Like many others, I utilized Home Adviser to look for Roofing specialists. I met with Mike Karales the same day as our initial phone conversation. He arrived, mask on, ready work with me. He took the time to understand my needs and provided me a very fair quote on the spot. He also explained the whole process to ensure I understood what he was offering. Mike worked with me on our scheduling needs. All of the materials arrived the morning of the work but it ended raining out that day so things were pushed to the next morning. The next day, the dumpster was dropped off, Mike and his trusted crew , some with him for over 17 years, arrived first thing in the morning. They waved hi and got to work immediately. Mike went over again, what to expect, etc. and his team started tarping all around the house, prepping the tools, 30 minutes later they get to work. 2 or 3 on the roof, all with specific roles. another couple of guys cleaning around the house and sweeping throughout the job. The team worked like a well oiled machine and I don't even think they took a break. The whole job was completed by Noon. The tarp catching all of the debris, the constant cleaning and sweeping, the magnetic device to further find any nails that may have fallen astray. I literally walked around my house looking for nails or an old shingle or anything really and not one thing out of place, not one nail, nothing! They left the jobsite cleaner than when they arrived. One word. Meticulous! Mike came by to inspect and ensure everything was done properly and that I was happy. From A to Z, short of writing a check, I didn't have to lift a finger or worry. Permits, dumpster, installation, cleanup they took care of it all. The Karales team was experienced, efficient, hard working and meticulous. They are Just straight out insanely good at what they do. Hats off to these guys. In by 8am gone by noon. You wouldn't have known they showed up and replaced the roof. My neighbor left for work prior to their arrival and came back home for lunch. I told them i had a new roof done just this morning and they couldn't believe it. Insane!, Good Job Mike Karales and Team.

We hired Karales Home Improvement to install a new asphalt shingle roof on our 1950s ranch house in Norwood. We had met with other contractors and obtained additional estimates. We had also done our own research, and Mike Karalesâ estimate matched our expectations and our budget. On completion of the project there were no additional unexpected costs. Before we hired him, Mike answered all of our questions quite satisfactorily and readily provided additional documentation we requested. We knew to be careful because we had been burned in the past and lost money to a dishonest contractor after trusting word of mouth recommendations. Mikeâ s crew was very professional and did an outstanding job on the installation, including removing and reinstalling the gutter covers, and meticulously cleaning the property when they were finished. There was not a single scrap of shingle or a stray nail left anywhere. The job was completed as promised in one day. It was a pleasure doing business with Mike, and we highly recommend Karales Home Improvement.

Mike was very professional and communicative throughout the process. We hired him to replace a roof and complete aluminum coverage. His work was excellent and his prices are competitive. He works well with the customer and follows through and communicates any changes or issues that arise. He is a down to earth person and very easy to work with. We highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Mike and his team did a great job installing Certainteed vinyl siding on our home. Mike was able to provide helpful advice as we worked through the process of choosing trim colors and adapting the vinyl siding we choose to the specifics of our home. Mike showed due concern for getting each detail right. I would hire him again.

We hired Mike for a gutter job after finding him though Home Advisor and were very happy with the work and his price. He informed us we needed to have our roof replaced. He left us an estimate to remove the current shingles and replace them with new ones. We got 2 more estimates for the work but Mike's price was the best. They did a great job and cleaned up before they left. We are very happy with his work and the professional crew he has working for him!
