The courteousness, and customer service are super. If we found something amiss they were right back to correct it. The price was reasonable and the work completed on time as promised.

Mike and his crew were great. We had our entire house vinyl sided. The guys were there early and stayed late. They even worked on Saturday to keep the job moving. Our yard was always clean when they left for the night. Our house looked new when they were done. Quality work at a great price.

10 STARS if we could. Mike came out to asses our damage right away and told us what had to be done to get the job completed correctly. He had the damaged roof covered with a tarp to prevent further damage. In fact he was there even before the adjuster. Mike also pointed out other damaged areas that other companies did not see, but we could. Mike was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. He returned calls immedialtely. I want you to know what a great job Mike and his team are. The team was clean, fast and coourteous. We lost our roof during a noreaster in March2018. Mike Karales is the BEST!!!

Can’t say enough of Mike and his team. Did a complete rip and replace of a 13sq roof. Met Mike for a review of the project during which he did a great job talking through his process. Gave me a quote the same day. He was responsive through email and phone during the week. His guys arrived right on time and did a great job protecting the house before they started work. Roof looks great. Even replaced some rotted trim at no charge. They walk the entire perimeter of the house with a magnet to make sure all nails are picked up at the end of the job. I’d recommend Karales to anyone who needs a new roof at a fair price.

I hired Mike to install a new roof for me. He delivered on everything agreed upon in the contract. His crew is incredibly professional & hardworking. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. They were able to complete the job without damaging any of the many shrubs surrounding the house. And they cleaned up to leave the entire area spotless. The old roof was a detriment to the appearance of the house Now it looks amazing. I would recommend Karales Home Improvement to anyone looking for honesty, quality, timeliness and professionalism.

Mike was extremely helpful from the beginning even before I hired him. He was willing to spend the time in the beginning to provide me with some basic knowledge and answer questions. He was accommodating with date and time for estimate. His pricing was very reasonable. Once we hired Mike he remained very responsive and accommodating when other home issues caused us to delay our siding project. He even offered to return our deposit when a second delay occurred. Once we were ready to start the siding, he was able to schedule us in a timely manner. The workers were very professional and hard working. Neighbors commented on this and how fast the project was going. We have been very pleased with the siding. The house looks amazing and we love all the detail work that was done to finish off the house, such as vent covers, neatly attaching wires and cables, drain spouts. We were very please with every thing involving this project with Mike and his crew.

Had a great experience with Mike. Replaced my old aluminum siding with some vinyl siding it looks like a brand new house. The crew was great did a fantastic job. When Mike said they would be there they were always there. Mike was great answered every and all questions I had. I'll be hiring mike again in a few months to replace some windows.
