They did a beautiful job and had an excellent product for a reasonable price. The installers knew what they were doing, worked very quickly, and did excellent work.

The tiles are great. They look just like real wood, and they look just as good today as when they were first installed.

I thought their work was really good.

They were very professional, and I had no problems with their estimate. However, we decided not to go through with the project.

Needing new vinyl flooring, I contacted Harry's Carpet One, selecting them after reviewing Angies list and shopping for price. A representative, Neil, came by and showed me samples, and I picked the color and material I liked. They showed up the day they were supposed to, no hassles, no problems, and competently installed the vinyl flooring on my new subfloor, paying attention to details such as edging, bonding, the thresholds, and clearance for the doors. It looks great. A good experience.

They did an excellent job. They also gave me information on pads and whether I should use them or not. I then bought some pads from them. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Harry's salesman had a few samples to show me based on what I was looking for. He did not overwhelm me with choices and his samples were right on the mark. He was knowledgeable about the whole installation procedure. When the installer came to a problem with my pocket doors, I called the salesman, and he quickly devised an inexpensive solution. I had also talked to Home Depot about the project. The fellow who came to measure seemed to know nothing about how the floor would be installed. The possible "add-ons" were innumerable and impossible to figure. In short, service was nonexistent. Harry's has been in business many years. I used them back in the 1970's and will always use them. This is the way a business should operate - service, service, service. They CARE.

We ordered a wall to wall rug for our basement with Harry's. They recommended an Olefin rug which is very suited to a basement environment. Harry's was about the same price as the other company from which we got a bid. Harry's had more responsive so we gave them the business. They installed the rug about 2 weeks later and did an excellent job. We had a good experience with Harry's.

We were extremely pleased with the edging work. It was done very quickly and professionally. Harry's also gave us good advice about the optional tassel repair, which we chose not to do.

I wanted to replace my bedroom carpet and put in hardwood flooring in the hallway. The representative came and measured and brought samples of wood that would match the hardwood flooring in other bedrooms. (I couldn't afford to replace bedroom carpeting with hardwood; maybe someday. I would hire Harry's again to do that.) I picked out carpeting at the store. Two different crews did the two jobs; each was efficient, professional and cleaned up the spaces beautifully. I am very pleased with the results, especially the hardwood as it matches so well.

As discussed, they never got back to me.

They subcontracted another company which came in and did the flooring. They were nice and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was a little steep.

The installer Eddy called at the appointed time to say they were running a little late, that was very considerate and we appreciated it. When they arrived Eddy had us check that the carpet and pad were the ones we ordered, before even taking them off the truck. They worked non-stop until all the area's were completed, this also entailed them moving furniture, for which there was no extra charge. He then took us over everything to make sure we were pleased with the work and we were. Eddy and his helper did a great job, both men are hard workers who paid attention to detail.

What I liked the most about them was the fact that they provided great quality service. Their workmanship was excellent and very professional as well and I was very satisfied with the results.

All the people there were great, the boss (Harry), estimator (Neil), scheduler (Mike), and the installers. We had hoped to have wood installed, but the condo association allows only a ''floating floor'' that we did not want. A quick switch to carpet, an offer for a special grade, and some crazy schedule changes due to movers were all handled in a very professional way. They clearly believe in providing excellent customer service.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH BOTH THE SALES MAN AND THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE BOTH FRIENDLY, ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET QUICKLY AND WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. EXCELLENT WORK AND I WOULD HAVE THEM COME TO DO OTHER ROOMS.

GREAT SELECTION. COURTEOUS, VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH SCHEDULE, DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS.
