They have always done a good job. They arrive when they say they will, do the job and clean up well. I have been doing business with them for years. I have no complaints with their service.

Everything went well. Installation was fast and very well done.

I wanted to replace the existing carpeting in my bedroom with either a wood or laminate flooring because I wanted something easier to clean up with pets in the house. I also wanted to shop at a local business rather than a big box store. It worked out great that the location of Harry's was a 5 minute walk from my home. I stopped by one day and with some guidance from Phil I quickly selected a sample that I liked. After that we made an appointment so that the floor could be measured and determine how to allow for the gap for expansion. I chose to add the quarter round trim because I liked the look. When the flooring was delivered they quickly contacted me to schedule a date for the installation. The installers were very respectful of my home and got along with the cat who was watching them work from inside the bedroom closet. When they were done they thoroughly picked up after themselves and swept up any debris. I'm very happy with my new floor, it may be "just" laminate but it looks more like hardwood than the existing hardwood floor in my living room. I'm just thrilled with the idea that clean up will be so much easier now than when I had the carpeting.

Went great. Wanted to protect my kitchen and pantry hardwood flooring with vinyl flooring overlay. Somebody answered my call, scheduled an estimate at a time when I could be there, showed up on time for the estimate, provided a clear explanation of what they would do, showed me samples of the material. The work, of installing a thin plywood underlayment over the hardwood, then installing the vinyl flooring over it, went smoothly without any trouble. I've used Harry's Carpet One before, they do good work.

Great quality carpets to choose from and very helpful with all the choices and options. Good prices too. It took some time to schedule the final installation (a couple of weeks) but I think we hit a very busy time for them. They did a nice job, no seams or bumps and it looks great.

Installer left for about two hours and it wasn't a long job. Didn't like that very much.

Replaced existing floor in our wash area of my Salon & Spa. The entire process from estimate, to scheduling, to the installation of the new floor was top notch. The installers were professional and eager to please. I would highly recommend Harry's without reservation. The floor looks fabulous.

I ordered a rug cut to a specific size, which Harry's Carpet bound the edges. Great service!

I would recommend them 1000%. I have been using them for 16+ years and I even recommend them to other designer. I am a designer myself and I use them for all of my projects. They are courteous, efficient; and they have great quality in their merchandise and the installing of their work. They have done everything under the sun for me: carpets, hardwood, laminate and tile. Their service employees are all great at what they do too. They go out of their way to make thing comfortable for me as a designer. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+. Harry’s Carpet One Floor and Home is great at their location in Quincy!

They did a good job for us. They did carpeting for us on our staircase. I believe a crew came out to do the work. They did what they said they were going to do and they did a good job at it.

I believe that 2 guys were the ones who installed them for me. They had good selection of rugs and a good quality of 5 styles that they keep in stock all the time; that are also at discounted prices. They also have a showroom of over $1000.00 to choose from also. I liked them, they had good reasonable prices, and the estimator was nice. That was the first time that I used them and I would recommend them to others.

They are excellent. The installer was sub-contracted; Norman was his name and he was so nice. There is nothing that I can say that is negative about them. I have used Harry’s Carpet before. The first time, I did wall to wall carpeting in an apartment. More recently I had 2 area rugs installed. I also had a runner, that was designed specifically on site for my hallway and that was installed too. Norman didn’t stop for lunch and worked straight through the day; and it only took one day to complete. Everyone who comes into the house makes positive comments on the look of the carpets. They have gorgeous carpets to choose from at their showroom. Their salesman and their eye for color and recommendations are dead on. Even in terms of size of the room, light and dark room and how it changes the appearance. I have used them a total of 3 times and they have all been positive. They have always been on time, efficient, and professional.

I always try to go w a local company. Harry Carpet, however, is why big box stores exist. I went to the store 3 times (borrowing a sample and returning accounted for 29). They came to take measurements for carpet and suggestions re a basement flooring option. Moisture issues make basement flooring tricky so I spent time w them and trusted their judgement. I selected items based on their recommendation and wanted to talk price. I made "mistake" of arriving at 4:15pm to return sample when they close at 5pm. Owner was snarky and told me as i left (they were unwilling to talk price at such a "late" time) that I "made him stay late and owed an apology." When I got a delayed phone call back, an associate and I came up w a number. Three days later I got the confirm call that it was accepted. THEN, after 4 visits, I was told they wouldn't honor the warranty on the product THEY RECOMMENDED for my basement bc of moisture issues. The associate said he didn't know these issues when he made the recommendation. He said he would do research and call me back. 3 calls by me later, he never bothered to call back. I went w another company and saved $1200. In short, Harry's Carpet wasted my time, didn't know their products, were rude, unprofessional, and overpriced. Do not waste your time. This business is unrsspinsive and dismissive --especially to women. I'm thrilled w the product and service I got elsewhere. I got a better price, warranty, and it took a tenth of the time elsewhere

They were prompt, responsive, high quality work, and professional. I think their price was fair.

We had floors installed in our condo. Hardwood on the lower level, carpet up the stairs and the upper level. Phil helped us pick carpet and wood. Hardwood crew arrived on time. 3 man crew installed wood on first day. Second day they removed tape and replaced baseboards etc, about 2 hours. Day three the carpet guys arrived on time. 2 man crew installed new carpet in about 5 hours. I have to say that the floors look awesome. Phil from the office was great and both installation crews were friendly and professional. I went to Harry's because they are local and I saw them on Angies List.

Great sales person in the store. Very patient and helpful. Let us take home samples. We found what we wanted for the bathroom floor with ease, but nothing really excited us about the kitchen vinyl we had picked. When we went back to the store, I noticed a sample of square tiles with another color strip in between on the store floor. We really liked that and the sales person helped us pick just the right tile and strips for our kitchen. The bathroom flooring took 1.5 days. The kitchen we thought would take 2-3 days, but it took almost 4 days as the work was so intricate. It was worth the wait and the cost!

The estimate was one of the best that I received. There was a problem with the installation with regard to the size of the baseboard, but I remember they were gracious about fixing it without charging me extra. Over all, a very good experience. It was a few years ago, so I can't remember all the specifics.

Everything went well. They were prompt and efficient.

HARRY'S USED A SUBCONTRACTOR FOR THE JOB, WHICH WAS FINE BECAUSE HE DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY WERE IN ONE DAY TO TAKE UP THE CARPET AND SAND THE FLOOR AND A COUPLE OF DAYS TO DO ALL THE FINISHING (SEALING, AND COUPLE COATS OF URETHANE). THERE WAS VIRTUALLY NO DUST, THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB CLEANING UP AND THE FLOOR LOOKED GREAT! I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER OUTCOME. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

I had Harrry's install a new kitchen floor and two new bathroom floors during a remodel about five years ago. Their salespeople were professional and easy to deal with. They came on site when I first engaged them to not only measure but also to get a sense of what would work in my very old house. They steered me toward a very nice kitchen tile called Amtico because my floors were uneven due to age and it had the look I wanted. They even arranged with one of their employees who let me take a look at his ktichen which had Antico installed about eighteen months previously. When I saw how well it had worn I went for it. They installed the tile flawlessly. It still looks great. During my remodel I unexpectedly had to do something with my upstairs bathroom. When I mentioned that I might as well do the downstairs as well they told me that since they were both small that their install would be able to do both from one piece of tile thereby saving me some money. Harry's was recommended to me by someone who was in the industry. His take was that they won't be the cheapest but they do quality work. After my expereince with them I have to agree and would recommend them to anyone else going through a similar experience.

Qualified sales people are always on hand. They steer you in the right direction based on your budget. Installation was professional and courteous.

They did an oustanding job both in terms of sales and carpet installation.
